We’ve been back many times for a new custom made wedding band added to my wedding set, repairs to rings not purchased at the shoppe, and for cleanings. “Cute little store with a lot of interesting Knick knacks including some Calgary themed souvenirs like tshirts and tote bags that would make good souvenirs for out of towners. Prices a little on the high side, but it’s a novelty store on a main drag so it’s to be expected. Service is ok.”

“I had two rings sized here. I called and they told me to drop them off on the Friday afternoon and they were ready by mid afternoon Monday. Given they are closed weekends this was an amazing turn around time as everywhere I had called said at least a week. Both gentlemen there were extremely friendly! They look the time to size my fingers to make sure they were going to be the sizes I needed. The entire process was quick and efficient! I am beyond happy with the quality I received! Both of my rings came back to me looking brand new with no evidence they had been sized! I cannot thank you enough for the amazing quality! The gal that helped me out today gave exceptional service after another jeweller in the mall jammed the crown on my Citizen watch while trying to change the battery. Tany's said right away "This is an Eco-drive - It doesn't require a battery". You would think the other jeweller should have known that! Then she fixed the crown which would not turn and returned it to me with a smile. This company should do well.”
