The two working today at 5pm completely ignored me for 10 minutes, and then when i was finally able to get a vape i have to wait for every person who came in after me to be served?? As someone who works in customer service this was absolutely pathetic, I’ve been coming here for years and never been so blatantly disrespected. The TWO guys were helping ONE person at a time and chatting up every single customer. No one deserves to be treated like filth even if they don’t speak your native language. I have been loyal to this location for years but I will absolutely not be coming back Id rather quit nicotine all together then deal with that ever again.

In all honesty this is the best Jerry's I've been to, their staff excells in customer communication and offers nice prices for vapes , smokes accessories.

I come there past 6 years but when you guys started growing you forgot to take care of the customers. Bad customer service the owner should look into this what is there staff doing. I will give my business to other store but you need to fix it.
