Had work done this morning here. Great customer service, friendly and transparent staff. Didn’t try to upsell me, only gave me exactly what I needed and showed me photos of the issue. Got there right when they opened, and they were able to diagnose and fix my problem before I had to go to work. Highly recommend

I want to thank the great crew at Jay's for their honesty and integrity when it comes to maintaining my vehicle. I no longer suffer that sense of trepidation when something needs to be fixed on my Nissan, knowing that they will tell me exactly what is going on and what needs to be done. This is the neighborhood mechanic that you see in movies that you wish you could find in real life! Best. Mechanics. Ever. Hands down.
Jay and Andrea are incredibly friendly, their customer service is second to none, very reasonably priced for service, no games or trying to do more work than required. They are truly genuine and want to give quality service and keep your car safe on the road. I've been a loyal customer for 6+ years and plan to stay that way. The best auto shop in town. Jay and team does excellent work, its on time, and done right. I'm pretty careful about my trucks but trust Jay to fix whatever I can't or won't do myself.
