This is second time I have used this automatic soft touch car wash, and this time it barely cleaned my vehicle. There were dirty streaks all over the place. Last time it left dirt on one section, but when I contacted management with a complaint, there was no response. I suggest saving your time and money by trying a different car wash.

Horrible place, small area, equipment being used is outdated, place doesnt even accept cash. Refusing physical currency. Would not suggest to go there. Theres 2 other washes available close by that wash that have better equipment and better service. And hey they accept cash.

Bay 2 seems to be better when it comes to cleaning detergents. Friends say too that Bat 1 seems to be broken or something. Satisfied with how my car got rid of bugs at the front after a long drive!

We’ve been to this wash a few times as it’s the closest one that can accommodate an RV. There’s been a few times now where there is no soap. Hard to get bugs and dirt off with just water. Last time we went there was barely any water pressure and even when we attempted to use the foam brush the handle came off and wouldn’t stay on properly. Unfortunately even though the location is convenient we will be going to another one as there’s no sense in wasting money and not having a clean vehicle.I think after the new ownership it has definitely gone down service wise

Automatic basic soft touch wash was the best in the NE for $6, now it's up to $11. Reversed out and went to the wand wash.The first bay had a cone blocking it. In the second bay the presoak and bug wash weren't working. In the third bay, I started the wash with the presoak bugwash and it leaked from the pipes near the carwash roof right onto my car. The pressure washer itself was spraying everything in random directions.Please fix the wash and then I'll update my review.

Used to be my favorite go to but last few times have been ok at best. Poor water pressure probably won't go back anymore

Was the best automatic wash untill new owners, increased price and much less wash time. Wheres the soap ? Car is STILL dirty. Not Impressed at all. A 2 dollars self serve rinse does a better job.

I used to bring my cars here for their ultimate wash. Now your car only gets 1 spray of soap diluted with mostly water. Not worth your money anymore.

I was on a monthly membership for years in this place until April 2023. Unfortunately, they changed ownership effective May 2023. The price of now Soft-wash (not Touch-less) is $13.69! I was caught off-guard! More than twice as high in a week! It was then $6 for basic touch-less! With undercarriage (you need to be quick to cover the entire car), soap (bubble free), spotless rinse and dryer (only did half of my car as the bay door stopped in error). Total rip off! Beware!

This place was great when it first opened, we have a company account. Last few times I’ve gone, long wait coz only a couple wand wash bays open. And equipment ALWAYS broken. To the point where they’ve just blacked out the broken options. Do better and fix your stuff!! I don’t have time to waste with your facility, will be going elsewhere.

Didn’t even get a chance to use the actual car wash, the vacuum services outside dont work and are unclear instructions. Swipe card then select the services you want. Ok did that, didnt work. Won’t be back, which is a shame because its the closest one to my apartment but the car washes in airdrie are pretty close and better maintained equipmentService: Vacuuming

Worst touchless wash I’ve experienced. Front and back not even touched, filthy as when they went in. Sides were somewhat clean I suppose. Don’t waste your money coming here.

Rip off! extremely expensive. Not worth it. They charge 2$ a minute Which is a 100% more than competitor Car/truck wash places. Everyone else charges $1 or $.50 cents a minute. Much better places a quick good search away.

They changed their hours not 24 hrs anymore. Seems passed few times they been using cold water so vehicle stays dirty even after a 28$ wash & this last time they try to talk to you as you are stupid when you use high pressure rinse & shop comes out try’s to say it’s soap from your vehicle haha after I walked around trying to rinse it than shoots it on the ground & soap still comes out try’s to say soaps on the ground move to the wall & still the same excuse. just so they aren’t wrong ! I won’t be coming back this place went from a good location to garbage fast idk why ppl waste money here. I’d rather drive I bit more & get a good wash not wasting money.

The automatic car wash is great, I can't say the same on the ones you wash your car yourself.
