“I bought this replacement insurance from Optiom, and I have to say this is one of the best coverage that I bought and it is out there.
I had to call few times to customer care as I sold my car and I had to cancel my insurance. There is a deduction when you terminate your policy after 30 days.
During my interactions as I was leasing another vehicle and I was trying to figure out if I need the replacement cost or not as my payment for the lease was include GAP insurance paid by the manufacturer.
I talked to few people in customer care and they were all professional, kind and very helpful.
I talked to Niki, Lara, Madeline, Tewa, Chris and Michael during my interaction with Optiom and I have to say that they were all professional, kind and very helpful and caring.

I've had a great experience with Jervan and Viktoriia. Both of which are extremely easy to deal with, and have a very kind and helpful attitude. This 5 star rating has been earned by them exclusively. I hope you are proactive in retaining and rewarding agents such as Jervan and Viktoriia. Agents like this make the difference between retaining customers and losing them.
Assuming your new renewal process isn't some kind of legislative change - mailing a renewal form to your customers is poor. You have all of our details on file, and a simple email with a docusign option is bound to increase your retention rate.
If someone has to go through the hassle of filling out these documents to essentially provide you with all the same information you already possess - it's just as much effort to obtain quotes from competitors. Some food for thought.
