Came to try and get my watch band adjusted but unfortunately after Nel did everything possible for me he couldn’t do anything as it was on the lowest setting. Best part is that he didn’t charge me. 11/10 customer service and Nel is a great guy

I received outstanding service recently, when I made a last minute decision to purchase a new wedding band for my husband to commemorate our 50th anniversary. Expecting to give the ring to my husband the next day, and then return it for sizing the next week, I was blown away, when Nelson said they could size it and have it ready the next afternoon. Paul was quick to confirm it. I was so surprised at the quick service and so appreciated their desire to have it ready for our anniversary dinner. Hubby loves the ring! Thanks, Imperial, for going above and beyond…. again and again!!

Beautiful work! I had reached out to Nelson regarding a custom made engagement ring and wedding band set about a month ago. He searched extensively for the perfect diamond to match my budget. I came in to see the options in person and chose the perfect stone. All in a month time.
Pricing was excellent and far less than other stores here in Calgary. Quality was excellent, customer service was very friendly. Nelson and Eric were very pleasant to work with. Nothing more I can ask for.
Highly recommend Imperial for their custom engagement rings. They are amazing!

I took a pair of earrings in last Friday to have a small repair done, plus I asked Paul to check a necklace to make sure it was in good shape. He checked the necklace right away and told me that everything looked solid and then said he would have the earrings ready for pick up the next day. I was a little blown away that he would get it done that quickly but was very thankful. It’s not often that you get such quick service in the jewellery business these days! (Usually I have to wait at least two weeks for sizing, etc.). I am vacationing in the area right now and figured that he would have to ship the earrings to me when the job was complete, so I was so excited that he was able to complete the job so quickly! Another bonus was that the charge was very small for this rush job! I would highly recommend Paul to anyone needing jewellery repairs or anyone purchasing a new piece - they have lovely pieces and they do custom work if you have a heritage piece that you would like updated or if you want to start from scratch they can do that, too! Thank you so much Paul & Nelson!!

Met Eric this past week at Imperial Fine Jewelers. I was recommended to come here by a good friend and our experience was wonderful. My girlfriend and I had very little knowledge about engagement rings and Eric was able to walk us through the process easily. We purchased our wedding bands from Imperial Fine Jewellers this year. Both Eric and Nelson are friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I have dealt with both Eric and Nelson and would give 10 stars if I could. I have purchased a few different chains and pendants from here now and every time has been a great experience. From repairs to ordering custom pieces every interaction I’ve had here has been top notch. Super knowledgeable and friendly staff, great quality jewellery, very fair pricing and just overall ran by good people. If you have any jewellery needs or even want a custom piece from scratch this is the place to go and the guys to talk to. Won’t buy any jewellery from anywhere but here. -Justin

First off, I was in a bit of a time crunch and needed the ring sooner rather than later. Nelson was incredibly accommodating and managed to rush my order, ensuring that I received it right on time. He also customized the band exactly to my liking and even rendered it to give me a visual representation of the final product. This personalized touch made the whole experience feel even more special and unique. Nelson made the whole buying a ring process quick, easy and affordable. I would highly recommend anyone to come to this place before going to those big name stores. It won't disappoint!
