Just bought a transit pass by cash. I paid coins for 12$ with 100$ bill. I understand it was a busy lunch time but the lady cashier was very rude. No eye contact, no say hello, thank you or bye. She just sighed as soon as see my coins. If i didn't know the detail of your policy for the customer cash payment options, please accept my apologies. Otherwise, I don't want to go there again. What an unpleasant experience for the new year!

Donovan is genuinely the most helpful and kind pharmacist that I have ever had. He takes the time to explain things, respects your privacy, and goes above and beyond. It truly makes a difference to have a medical professional who shows that level of care and professionalism. Today was the last time I spend a dime in this store. The clerk today was beyond rude and its not the first time - but it is the last.Its unfortunate because the Rx portion of the store provides great service, but the front till lady is going to cost you $.

The staff is nice but didn’t explain to me the danger of taking doxycycline and what instructions I should take while on this med. I ended up having pill induced esophagitis, went to emergency and now slowly recovering.Please make sure you explain to your clients next time and have a warning on the bottle.

I have rated a 3 star due to the very nice customer service previously received from the pharmacy. Otherwise I would of rated lower based on my experience with the front of store cashier. We all have responsibilities to meet with our jobs on both our good and bad days. When you work in servicing the marketplace as a front end cashier, you have a professional service responsibility to welcome and greet customers that enter the store respectfully and courteously. You are required to provide excellent, prompt and polite services to customers so they would be pleased to return. The experience I had with the front cashier made me feel that I was being rude for asking her for something without knowing the proper procedure to follow. She was not very pleasant at all and after explaining that I could use the self scanner for checking my lottery tickets all I wanted to do then was to leave the store and not inconvenience her anymore then I already had done, even though I was the only customer in the store.

Pretty good selection of goods - basically a little bit of everything but slightly pricier for the convenience factor. Staff are usually pretty friendly and I've had nothing but good experiences at the pharmacy. Donovan is wonderful to deal with and his service has always been exceptional.

Looks like they got some new staff. Not sure if I caught the pharmacist on a bad day, but I was asked if I had taken the medication before and I said no. The pharmacist sounded annoyed that I didn't know the instructions and she sped talk through it without even looking at me. Made me feel a bit ashamed for even having to take the medication.
