I can't recommend Brendon at Horton Auto Body highly enough. His dedication to his craft is clear as soon as you enter the shop. He took the time to thoroughly assess and explain issues I was having with my vehicle and worked diligently to ensure everything was repaired correctly. What truly impressed me was his commitment to resolving a complicated issue with my insurance company. He advocated for me by communicating directly with them when I wasn’t receiving answers. It's rare to find a mechanic shop that genuinely cares about both the quality of their work and their customers’ peace of mind, but Brendon exemplifies that. I'm so glad to have discovered Horton Auto Body, and I will continue to rely on them for any future vehicle needs.

I have dealt with Horton Autobody in the past and have always found the staff to be professional, courteous and their behavior from reception to the estimators has always been very customer focused. In my experience, my needs were the focal point, and were addressed in the best possible manner. I have always been satisfied with the result. Horton Autobody is first rate, first class all the way !

We received excellent service from Horton Auto Body & Paint staff. They provided shuttle drop-off and pick-up when our car was in service at the shop. The car has a 3M protection film which they were not aware of upon reception, so it took one more workday than their original estimate. They gave us a prompt update on this, and finished the job within the 5-day workweek. The car looks as good as new! They also did inside detailing, and even removed a resin from the hood area, not being part of their responsibility! It was there for quite a long time and we were unable to get rid of it by ourselves. We are so glad to choose Horton Auto Body & Paint as our service provider!

Finally an Automotive company I feel comfortable recommending to family and friends.
I was rear ended in June, traffic came to a hard stop on deerfoot and the person behind came to a hard stop on my bumper sending me into the person in front of me. Luckily no one was injured but my truck got crumpled up quite a bit.
The insurance company gave me the list of companies and of the ones listed Horton has some of best reviews and that was for a reason.
From the first meeting you really got the feel that maybe these guys cared a bit.
Right up front they pointed out from the estimate what they could see and made it clear that other damages might be hidden but couldn't see until they got the truck in the shop. I was dealing with Brandon and he was really upfront with time frames and setting expectations.
It was going to take time to get parts in and he could have had me come in a couple different times but would rather me wait until everything was actually on hand and do everything in one shot.
During the estimate he actually pointed out some other damage from a different accident that had been "repaired" by a different shop and even though it wasn't related to my current damage was willing to get his crews to touch it up because they would be doing work in that general area.
While waiting for the parts to come in I reached out about replacing my windshield while they had the truck, after all get it all done while the truck was being worked on. Brandon got back to me super quick and was more then happy to take on the extra work as a cash job outside of the insurance claim.
When I picked up the truck he went over the repairs and had pictures of everything they did as they did it. There was some unseen damage but he was able to capture it and get it taken care of without any delay or extra waiting time.
I was told the repairs would be about 11 business days, it was done in 5, five days which is insanely fast but I'm not complaining. It was able to get done that quick because he had all the parts and had made the wait to get in the shop worth it.
The repair work was excellent, I actually wished I had gotten them to do more work, the repaired parts look so fresh and new I should have gotten them to fix all the rock chips and little things just to make the whole truck look new. And I'm willing to bet they would have taken in the work too, even though they are an extremely busy shop, they would rather see people satisfied then rushed out the door.
Even the other damage that he pointed out and was under no obligation to fix looked amazing, better then new, Horton auto body stepping up to fix what other places failed at.
Some intangible qualities about this shop are it's super clean, everyone is approachable and easy to talk too, you dont get shady vibes from it. I found out afterwords by talking with Brandon that Horton is a family owned independent shop. They are more concerned with with making people happy and doing a job well done and standing by their work rather then pumping out numbers (even though they did work incredibly fast).
So after all that, yes I would recommend this shop to anyone and if I ever need more work done they are top of my list. I'm not getting anything out of this review other then promoting a local business that does great work.

What an absolute disappointment.
This place has been around for a while and I had higher expectations.
Brad or Bart, whatever your name was or is, cost you 30k today.
I'm restoring a vehicle and this guy says "oh you don't want to waste your money on this, I can write it up for you but I'm telling you."
First off, he didn't introduce himself, just came out and read the detail on the paper I filled out and called my name. No hand shake, no "hi, you're about to drop some cash I better have some respect." No, none of that, just a rude, dismissive, and that's some high horse bud!
So, I left, I'll take my money somewhere else.
I said I'd burn you with this review.

I have used Horton Auto Body & Paint twice now with the same vehicle, my Genesis Coupe. She’s an older vehicle that I look after with tender loving care. The first time, I had Horton repair paint deficiencies that showed up on the roof and quarter panel, after several years of driving the vehicle, where insurance was not involved. They matched the paint perfectly and I was thrilled with the repairs. This last visit, someone hit my rear bumper in a parking lot and insurance claim was reported. Brendan communicated very well, answered all my questions and even spent time with answering questions unrelated to this vehicle. He was able to get my car in for the minimal repair before the snow flies as I don’t drive it in winter weather. Thank you Brendan for your excellent customer service and the team of professional auto repair people! I always recommend Horton Auto Body to family and friends.

If I could rate higher, I would. Horton’s Auto Body exceeded my expectations with knowledge, time, and the finished product. Everyone I spoke with on the phone or via email was very helpful. And big shout out to Brendon who was patient, down to earth, and honest. I have never walked into male-dominated field and felt so respected and taken care of. I can't say enough good things about Brendon at Horton Auto Body. He fixed the dent and broken tail light my teenager put in our car, and all for a student's budget. Super friendly, responsive and easy to work with. I'll never take my cars anywhere else!
