These Guys do shady business; I purchased the tire and wheel warranty and decided to cancel it within the 30 days, the smart program cancelled on their end, but heritage Honda refused to return my $1196. Mike Muir the general manager stated that it is part of the cost of the car. Please watch out for the finance manager Joel Murduck and Abeer Abusinna, they are shady as they come. I live in another province, so I don't know if a law suit would do any good.

Terrible Terrible Service Department - had my daughter's vehicle for over 2 weeks to fix a fuse, starter and pressure switch. Called over a dozen times, each time got sent to voice mail - left 4 messages the last one to the service manager, no response. Finally had to physically drive to the dealership and ask about my vehicle. And then they had the audacity to say they washed it for free and they hadn't even done that. I reached out to the GM and after waiting for his response (he said he would follow up with me by Oct 3) it's Oct 11 and still no follow up from him so I guess my business isn't that important to this dealership.

Terrible parts and service. I have had 2 recent experiences where I have been very dissapointed in the service recieved. I had my Honda Pilot in for an oil change and check up service just before xmas to make sure it was road ready and they ended up recommending 8k in repairs. This scared me enough that I bought a new vehicle the next day (from a different dealership. I asked a sales rep at heritage, but they didn't have much stock, so I can't really comment on their sales team). Anyways when I got back from my trip, I had my mechanic go over things to make sure it was ready to sell and he checked everything Honda recommended and my total bill was $600. Honda recommended a new timing belt, but it was changed 60k ago and there was a sticker in the engine compartment indicating as much. Honda said I had an oil leak and needed a new gasket and sealing on the oil pan. My mechanic cleaned everything up and identified a $100 sensor that was leaking and spraying onto the oil pan, which wasn't even leaking itself. There were a number of other things in less than perfect condition (it was a 2007), but nothing needing immediate attention. 2nd experience was today. I bought a new battery with a 5 year warranty from them 15 months ago and yet I was having trouble getting my wifes car to start multiple times this week. So we brought the battery back in to see what they would do under the warranty. I had lost my receipt, but I had my credit card records showing the day I bought it. They couldn't find the record in their system so said they couldn't help. I called back to complain and they said there was nothing they could do, but for them to even look at the battery, they needed the car and would charge $157 for an assessment. So I have to tow a vehicle in to have them check a battery? I was so frustrated, I gave up and went to buy a new battery at canadian tire, but as I was venting to the parts guy there, he volunteered to test the battery instead and said it was still good and he would charge it overnight. Battery back to working and he didn't charge me anything even though he could have just sold me a new battery. Honda didn't even offer to test the battery, it only took a couple minutes.Just dissapointing terrible customer service. I won't be going back to Heritage Honda for any service.

I had a pleasant experience here. Amy was fantastic. She is very knowledgeable about cars and that probably saved me from spending some unnecessary money. There was absolutely no issues with my car. I just didn’t know about the features in these new cars. She explained it to me. They helped me and directed me about the warranty options and the car is good. I just wanted to say thank you.

Being in the market for a new car for the first time ever I walked into heritage Honda and was greeted with friendly standard baseline sales service. Our sales representative as well as management made it very clear to us that they didn't really care if we purchased the vehicle we were interested in as stock was currently so low that If we didn't purchase the car someone would walk in the same day and do so. Without fuss, a test drive or any wheeling and dealing I purchased a 2022 Honda Civic sport . From this point on the baseline customer service I received declined rapidly. Anytime I contacted my sales representative -which was minimal- I felt like I was an inconvenience. It was very clear that internal communication is non existent between sales, financing and management. The day I was to pick up my car the staff was not prepared for me (their own miscommunication) I waited hours as they sorted out their end with no response from management with an updated time so that I could rearrange my plans with my young family . My brand new car was not professionally detailed as they did not have staff in that day for it. To say I was disappointed and frustrated with my first purchase of a new car would be an understatement. The only saving grace that day was the excellent experience with Matthias as he showed me everything there was to know about my new car. 10 days after the purchase of my vehicle I received a call from my sales representative saying they had not received the proper information they needed from me to complete the purchase of my car properly (a mistake on their end) I let them know I was in the middle of my 12 hour work day and I would send that information within the week when I had a chance to get it. Within 48 hours I received multiple text asking for me to send over what they needed to fix their mistake, including a threaten that if it wasn't sent over immediately the car would be "repulsed"Prior to this final experiences I had responded to an automated email from the general manager asking about my experience and also to leave a 5 star Google review. I responded let him know I was very disappointed with the services I received and offered To take time to give him feedback via phone . It's been a week and No one has reached out to me other than to threaten to take my car away if I didn't fix their mess fast enough. Nail in the coffin. I gave heritage Honda my business. I can whole heartedly say they did nothing to earn it. I left feeling that they didn't value me because my 2022 Civic wasn't a good enough commission cheque to be worth their time. If your looking for cheesy stereotypical car sales this is your place. If you want to feel like a valued customer and receive quality customer service I recommend driving right past this place to a different Honda dealership
