Absolutely terrible. We went at the clearance items and seen a bench for $80 on the side of the pole, which is such a steal! We carried it up from and asked the cashier if we could leave it there until we were finished shopping. She said yes and we went on our way. We came back to grab this bench and all the tags on the side of the pole had been removed and she said it was $175 and scanned the sticker under the bench! I’m not sure what kind of store would do that, even if it was a mistake of being on clearance for $80 you definitely do don’t act like nothing happened and take off the tags. Unbelievably unprofessional experience ever.

Horrible experience never shop there again. A gift card I received and went to use was unable to work with their system because bought through a third party. Apparently my issue and have to call wait and go back and absolutely no customer service from even the manager.

I too had an issue at this location. Most stores are pretty good and fair, but this particular one is unreasonable. I bought two identical mirrors and when I got them home I noticed one was broken under the wrapping. I took it back and the manager said they could only refund me if I left it there or exchange it. They didn't have any others to replace it with and I drove around to check 3 other stores to try and find another one as well. I explained it had to be this identical mirror for it to match the one I already have mounted. He could not refund me a partial discount or even a credit towards other purchases I was making (at that time). Now I have to spend at least $80 to fix a $60 mirror.

Hmmmm….. where to start this area has nice items; however, the manager JEREMY is horrible and lack customer service. He even refused my business. I was trying to buy an end table but it was scratched and stained so I ask if anything could be done as I couldn’t walk away from it. JEREMY the manager offered to take $4 of a $129 price tag. I mean that’s a slap in the face what is $4, that is not even the taxes. I mean what even threw me of is that often time they just give you a percentage. I got the message though. He simply didn’t want my business!!!

Visited Home Sense on 130th looking for "greenery" to add to our decor at home. Found lots of very large items which were beautiful, just not what I was looking to buy! What a wonderful store. Their selection is wonderful throughout tge store! I will be back!
