“I want to give a very positive review to Jay (supervisor) who helped me with a problem I was having with an on-line order for a Toro snowblower. My order seemed to be stuck at the warehouse and was not getting shipped. I checked on line and the Home Depot at Country Town Square showed 4 units in stock. I took my paperwork to the customer service desk at this store and asked for a manager and Jay was right there. He followed up on the internet order and checked the store inventory which showed the 4-units in stock. Without hesitation he refunded my internet order amount, offered an additional discount on one of the in stock units and I was 100% looked after in under 10 minutes!
I am extremely please with the service I received!!!”
“I'm not usually a fan of Home Depot. The store is dark and dirty and the parking lot can be a bit of a disaster. However after a poor service experience at Lowes last night I went to home depot, got what i needed and was out a few minutes later with no troubles.
Also love that they are an equal opportunity employer.
Update: Nov 2024. I have grown to really dislike the Rona store across the street and now shop almost exclusively at the Home Depot. Yeah its still a bit dark and dirty but it has a better selection of just about everything... especially the tools department, and better deals too.”

They gave great advice about which wood to choose and recommended some tools I hadn't considered. Unfortunately, the checkout process was slow, as only two registers were open despite the crowd. It would be great if Home Depot could add more staff during busy times, but overall, I had a positive experience.”

“Great experience. I needed a single 256mm cabinet pull for a repair I was doing. The staff looked through their samples to see if they had one in stock that would work, unfortunately they did not but were able to get my order in next day from a local manufacturer for a great price!I noticed they have beautiful wall hooks (part of the &more) that are imported from all over! I will definitely be going back and might even have been inspired enough to make a project out of replacing all our cabinets hardware!”

“Like it hot! Rona brings in a great selection of hot peppers for you to grow in the spring I tried a couple of their peppers tonight the Cayenne for me was mild then I tried the Scotch bonnet that was getting close to what I like but next time I'm going to try the Reaper which is one of the hottest pepper you can eat these are all available for you to grow and enjoy at Rona hopefully they have a great selection next spring”
