Quiet place with decent parking. Hard to find help when you are looking for one of those things that the signs won’t help you figure out. When you find help, you might run into folks that know where things are but won’t help you because they are not paid enough.

Like it hot! Rona brings in a great selection of hot peppers for you to grow in the spring I tried a couple of their peppers tonight the Cayenne for me was mild then I tried the Scotch bonnet that was getting close to what I like but next time I'm going to try the Reaper which is one of the hottest pepper you can eat these are all available for you to grow and enjoy at Rona hopefully they have a great selection next spring

this is the worst store in calgary and the worst goddamm company in the world i ordered a shed 10/12 paid over 4000 and they sent me a 8/10 shed a garbage a joke then they got my address mixed up 3 times as well as the package did not even have the proper material to even build that shed i ordered a 10/12 and those clowns sent a wrong shed thats why i got a lawyer and i will be taking them to court for fraud for change of address 3 times no thank you i lost trust in rona especially when my wife whent there and told them its the complete wrong size then the manager said no no its the right size if you whant you can get a $100 store credit or you can buy extra material to expand it to tge size you whant they even told her are you measuring it right what kind of service is that i am so pissed at this winter is coming and they wrecked my week and my time frame i completely lost trust in rona and have contacted better business beureue for this cause we have been played stupid by the manager and the head office my trust in rona is way gone inappropriate manager and we have cancelled this they will send someone to come get everything and take it back aswell as false advertisement and lies to customers about the garden shed sizes

I’m quite disappointed with the lack of service provided especially when it’s supposed to come from Navneet, the Manager in the Customer Service department. Every follow up call I made to speak with her, she was never available. There was no attempt on her part to call back as she had promised nor did any other customer service rep offer to take a message to relay a phone call back. I will NEVER step foot in another Rona store again knowing the service lacks quality and integrity.
