I am giving a 5-star review for Paula at the Dior counter. She is the reason why I shop at Holt Renfrew. She is friendly, and knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond. I don't usually go to the store because the sales associates are intimidating and most of the time they make you feel as if you don't have money to buy. I tell my friends and network to look for Paula if they want to experience how Holt Renfrew associates should be.

The service quality in this store is gone. Visit If you want to witness sales people fighting each other. They were on a shouting match the other day. I guess they are all pressured to sell. Must be a terrible workplace to be in. No one will attend to you until you are holding an item. It used to be a good store.

Lots of high end brands inside. Good customer service. Some of their luxury brands like LV and Burberry were no longer there.

I don't shop in this store regularly cos I rarely splurge. But sometimes I want to buy things that only can be found in Holt Renfrew.
Staffs in The Core most especially in Men's section on 3rd floor make me feel that I am not welcome to shop there. I feel so small everytime I step inside that store. I've never seen a smile or simple Hi from most of them. The guy from shoes section probably is the worst. He's very unapproachable.
Another staff finally “assisted” me just cos I'm already holding the clothes I wanted to try on and led me to the fitting room. With the horrible customer service I really didn’t want to give them my money. But since I’ve been eyeing that top for quite a while now, I decided to purchased it.
All in all, this is a terrible place to shop

A sales person can make or break the experience….and a sale. I put a coat on hold and went to buy it the following day. There was a lack of sales people of the floor. When I was finally greeted by a surly sale person it was clear he had no interest in make anyone’s day brighter. His rude disposition and confrontational attitude put a tarnish on what should have been a pleasant shopping experience. I eventually decided to keep my 2k. I can purchase directly through the manufacturer.

Brenda has the best customer service in the men’s sections. She’s knowledgeable of the products, all my needs was taken care of.

Amazing products but I wish that the service was kinder. Nobody was at Dior and after asking for help to buy a product, nobody knew how to search for it. Also, I was offered a free small sample after a perfume purchase from Dyptique but it was never put in the bag.

The staff here is very nice and helpful. I believe I dealt with Victor in the fragrance department and that guy is a gem!

Huge thank you to Brenna at Gucci! She has always been very helpful with my last minute gifts and has always come through for me. I was looking for a certain purse for valentines and she was able to find it and get it shipped to me with only a couple days notice and it arrived on Valentine’s Day. Thank you Brenna for always being so helpful with my last minute requests.
