I called today to ask if they can redo my one nail because it was lifting. I informed them maybe it wasn’t done properly because I have been a customer since last year, sometimes it takes 2 months for me to do a refill and there was no lifting or cracking for that 2 months. Today, it was maybe 2-3 weeks from the day of my visit and one nail broke. This is an acrylic it’s supposed to last for 4-6 weeks but the one who picked up the phone is very rude and I remember her voice, she was the one who did my nails. I DON’T REALLY MAKE IT A BIG DEAL BUT SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND WAS TELLING ME 2-3 WEEKS MEANS ACRYLIC WILL BREAK OR LIFT BUT I’VE BEEN GETTING MY NAILS DONE HERE SINCE LAST YEAR AND I NEVER EXPERIENCED THAT (from the technician who was doing my nails before). I THINK THIS ONE IS ENTIRELY THEIR FAULT. SHE WAS CATERING 4 CUSTOMERS AT THE SAME TIME SO SHE WAS RUSHING DOING MY NAILS, I EVEN HAD SCRATCHES BECAUSE SHE WAS RUSHING BUT I DIDN’T LEAVE A BAD REVIEW NOT UNTIL TODAY.
SHE TOLD ME SHE CAN FIX IT BUT I NEED TO PAY, BUT THE POINT IS IT WAS THE BAD SERVICE SO MY NAILS TURNED THIS WAY FOR THE FIRST TIME. I SHOULD’VE PAID 1/4 OF THE AMOUNT BECAUSE SHE WAS RUSHING AND MAKING ME WAIT EVERY STEP BECAUSE SHE NEEDS TO CATER OTHER PEOPLE.
TAKE NOTE: I HAVE A RESERVATION THAT TIME SO WHY IS SHE CATERING 4 PEOPLE AT THE SAME TIME!!

The service I received was extremely unprofessional. The artist seemed irritated from the beginning, and as someone getting my nails done for only the second time, she was reluctant to explain the different types to me. My nails now look horrible, with poor shape and technique. One nail is slanting,multiple other nails have one side thicker and the other thinner, and each nail varies in shape and thickness. They paint is also incomplete.
The pictures attached were taken within 5 mins of the service. What I asked for was short round ombre but I was unhappy about the ombre she did and I covered it with shellac.
During the session, the artist was extremely unprofessional, saying, "I told you 3 times already. Suddenly she uttered - "If you have a problem, tell me don't do it." When I asked what I did wrong, she responded with, "okay, nothing," and when I asked if she had a problem, she did not respond. I tried to find the owner to escalate the issue immediately, but there was no one at the front desk.
I felt disrespected, uneasy, and uncomfortable throughout the session, and I hate how my nails turned out. I will not be returning and will advise my friends, neighbors, and family to avoid this place. Nobody deserves such treatment.

I went to Harvest nails for the first time, to get my nails removed, they were very messy because of my previous nail technician who applied a lot of glue and it was very hard to take them off. Victoria helped me with it and she was very gentle and patient with it. I am very satisfied with her service. I loved my whole experience there, will be back for sure!

The price went up to $70 the technician didn't listen to what I asked her to do because I needed something specific and just barked at me so it was a very unpleasant experience and I overpaid. I'm disappointed as I always went to that location but now I'll need a new one

It's my first to visit this nail salon as one that I usually go to can't book me in for 6PM today. I am happy for the service and warm greetings. All staff are really nice and friendly. I'm ready for Saturday event with my new nails.

Pretty new to calgary, still trying to find a nail salon that I would like to go to regularly… this one seems promising at the moment. Got something real simple (new set+colour) done by Vicky, while it is not perfect, it is very close. Will be going back to try this place again for sure!
