Bad experience. I phoned the store ahead of time to confirm business hours. Was told differing information. That's fine. At the store I had about $300 of clothes, and a staff member told me the fitting rooms were closing in 5 minutes. That's also fine. So I rushed to the fitting rooms, and another staff member told me that I couldn't try in any clothes. I explained that I had received different information from another staff member and the store didn't close for another 10 minutes. Basically told me to buy the clothes and leave. I am from out of town, and was in Calgary for a vacation, and this was a really unpleasant experience. A customer shouldn't be treated like this, and feel this stressed while giving your organization business. 1 Star.

Just tried to return a jacket I had had for over a week. They said they needed the receipt to return it. I showed it to them on my phone. The girl then said because the tag was off, there was no way they could return it. Why did you tell me I could return it if I had the receipt? Also when I purchased it, they told me at the counter, 30 days, nothing about the tags. I am unhappy and frustrated. I wanted to go one size larger because it was a bit tight in my shoulders when I drive. Terrible customer service.

Very disappointed with the service in the children's department! The staff that worked there was not polite and aggressive against children! My children chose their own things and accidentally dropped several T-shirts on the floor, I apologized to the store employee who was there, to which she replied that this was not a playground. I continued shopping and wanted to ask her something about the size and saw how evil she looks at my children. I lost the desire to ask something and generally buy. I do not recommend this place and will not buy anything there again!

Went in here tonight to return a couple things with tags attached and well within my return time only for the manager to tell me that because it was on sale and bought online she would not issue a return or a store credit. NO WHERE did it state let me repeat no where did it state online what I was buying was a FINAL sale. I brought it up on my phone and asked her to show me where it says final sale and she just walked away. I will never be returning here you have lost me COMPLETELY as a customer and I can see from other people's reviews I am not the only one complaining about the manager at this specific location. What a joke

Went there to return 2 items in original condition (worth less than 30$) for exchange.Taylor the manager refused to accept it and said we don’t accept return or exchange for final sales, despite the fact that 2 days ago the cashier confirmed that we can definitely exchange it later, finally Taylor the manager implied that I do not understand the english language :) Absolutely unprofessional, poorly educated and racist. Worst customer service you can imagine from a clothing store.

I was at this location at South Center Mall today with my daughter, found a very funky shirt which I wanted to try for myself. Went into the fitting room and by mistake left my very expensive sunglass in the room. The person. who was in charge of the trial room area - Joy ( was wearing a yellow hoodie on Jun 5th evening ) found my shade took the extra step to found me in the store and hand me back my shade . She is awesome !!! Excellent customer service ❤️. Thank you Joy!

I really like this store overall, they have a good selection of clothes. The staff member on the fitting room was friendly. The cashier was not. She barely acknowledged me. She asked if I wanted a bag to which I replied yes, she proceeded to not give me a bag and seemed irritated when I said I needed one. She was incredibly rude.

Despite being run by a very young staff the store has very helpful associates who always seem to go above and beyond to help me get what I'm looking for. It's improved my shopping experience and makes me want to go into the store rather than shop online. They have given me some helpful tips and tricks, and helped me navigate coupons online. It's honestly quite surprising how much help I've been given in the store. I need to credit this to the store manager who seems to be very attentive to the culture in this particular store. Thank you for giving me a positive in person shopping experience!I've also been impressed with the initiative for sustainability, and all of the options for clothing made from recycled materials. It's obviously not haute couture but there's a spot in my closet for affordable trendy clothing offered by h&M.

Store doesn't have much Men's collection. Over priced for the quality of fabric. I would recommend Old Navy instead

The staff was friendly and helpful! I was able to find a dress for 20 dollars so I bought some other stuff too! Way better priced than some of the other stores I went to. I would recommend this place for women looking for business attire, they also have casual looks as well as a men's section. Loved ❤️ it so much!! Will shop here again!! ???

Was at this store yesterday evening bought some baby clothes. I just don’t understand why would that sales agent go out of her way to input the original amount $32.99 when the tag says $17.99 it was a red tag item! When she can just scan it and it’ll show $17.99. Because the other sales agent just scanned it and it came up as $17.99 right away. Maybe she thinks I’m not noticing what she’s doing. Says “sorry it’s not scanning”. I read other reviews about like not being correct with the price. What a sketchy sales agent/cashier. So is this what you are trained for? To incorrectly charge customers? I’m going to file a complaint to your main office. H & M Canada because actions like these towards customers need to be corrected. You can’t keep doing this to customers.

I can’t speak highly enough of this location, it is always well kept, bright and clean! It’s super easy to shop here as everything is sized too! The staff here are also the nicest of all the locations I’ve been to!Reading the negative reviews left here it speaks more about the person leaving it than the store! Also to the girl crying about leaving in her resume, Salma Borhot, lots of companies no longer accept paper resumes anymore, all applications are online now! ?
