“It’s good for some specific items (veggies and fruits and some niche Asian products) but it doesn’t have everything I need so I still need to go to other Asian stores (and vice versa)”
“An extensive selection of organic products, helpful staff, and delicious food.
Their courses are also worth your time to check out.
On a personal note, they were the only store in town where I could find food grade Caster Oil that helped me save my dog after he at several things he shouldn't have.”

“Very good assortment, good prices, the girls are super friendly and attentive and everything is super well arranged and clean, the parking is horrible but it's not their fault hahaha, park in the little stores next door or around the corner. I'm from Mexico and I always go for tortillas, chiles sabritas and mayonnaise. ?”

“Very clean and lots of varieties for groceries. I do come here half the time for their affordable and tasty Hartford items for lunch. The Chinese barbeque rice box and the Vietnamese dishes are amazing.”
“This store is always clean and tidy... and most importantly the staff are always so friendly! I've recently switched to this sobeys (had enough of terrible service from the nearby walmart / panorama superstore) and i couldnt' be happier. I have always been friendly and thankful to retail staff and am much happier being in this store with equally friendly staff.The meat / produce here are also usually of higher quality / fresher. The checkouts aren't a 20 minute wait!!! Something wrong with your item? they immediatley call someone to help get you a replacement - WOW! Sure prices on some items might be higher but if you shop to their flyer / what's on sale you aren't paying that much more. This store makes grocery shopping a much more peaceful experience. Your mental well being is 100% worth an extra few dollars on you weekly grocery.”

“I love buying my frozen food at M&M, it is miles better than the frozen food at regular grocery stores. A tad pricey, but the flyer/app has good deals that bring items in line with other stores. Also, a shout-out to Tammy P who provided very friendly and helpful service during my last visit.”

The cashier took the time to explain all the newer programs. I tend to utilize phone and pick up and now I will use delivery too. Friendly staff, great service a good food what isn’t to like about M & M stores.”
“It is the only remaining store that is close to our place after the Coop in Taradale shut down. It is close to TD and the bus stop. Sometimes they have nice items for sale. It is a steal when they put up sale for meat. Bakery goods are to die for.”

“The food was hands down the best Mexican food I’ve had in Calgary! It’s truly so authentic in taste and the price is cheap. We had the tacos and the tamale with mole. I love the shop as it feels very cozy and welcoming. The ladies were so kind and their service was quick. I will be back again 100%!”
