My son has just done hair cutting in Great Clips Seton but the girl who has long yellow hair was unhappy with my son and she did clear up hair in my son’s nack when she done. My son said she speak loudly, so he feels scary. It is really bad service and I am not happy with this case.

Had my haircut by Shania & it was a wonderful experience from start to finish! She took her time asking me what style I was going for, how much I wanted off, layers, shaping etc, etc. she didn’t stop her cut till she was fully satisfied, going as far as fixing a really thin (I’m going through alot of postpartum hair loss) so that it shaped around my face a lot better! I left feeling like a new woman! I’ll be a forever customer for sure now

Came in for a simple ends trim on my straight and long hair. Hairdresser totally messed it up… The haircut was uneven and messy. I was told to put my head down and check it again lol. Am I supposed to walk with the head down? Good that I still have another 26 inches of hair left. Don’t go there ;)

Very disappointed with my visit today at great cuts in seton. The guy who cuts my hair should not be there. I showed him the style pompadour cut that i pull out from their website . I complained about what he is doing but instead of a sorry he was the one got mad and started to and say if I dont like the cut not his problem. Good thing the lady who cut my hair the last time did her best to finish and make my hair as good and not to look goofy. Kudos to her. I will still come back to this store but never to let that middle eastern guy touch my hair ever again.

Yikes this place was a big disappointment. I do not recommend.
My daughter and I really needed a cut last minute and decided to try somewhere new. This was a mistake.
It was quite busy and I felt rushed. There wasn't much attention to detail as to what we each asked for. I had to repeatedly ask her to cut more. A simple cut with layers shouldn't be so difficult.
Tools seemed to be used for multiple customers no disinfection between clients.
My daughter asked for a simple trim with layers and had to have 3 of the hair dressers help with this simple request. In the end we felt rushed with no apology other than the initial hairdresser was new.
I chose this place as reviews were good. Seems like they've gone down hill in the last few months. We definitely won't be coming back to this location.
Would give less than 1 star if I could.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this barber shop today. I went in for a haircut in preparation for an important business interview, but what I received was completely unacceptable. The stylist took someone else’s measurements and ended up chopping off all my hair, leaving me nearly bald.
To make matters worse, the staff were incredibly disrespectful. When I asked for the manager’s contact number to discuss the issue, they refused to provide it and repeatedly told me to leave the store. Their behavior was unprofessional and dismissive.
I urge the management to contact me immediately so I can explain the full incident. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I hope no one else has to go through such an ordeal.
I had been coming for 5 years. I will not be returning.

My husband took my son for a haircut here for what I hoped would be a routine haircut. Unfortunately, it turned into a traumatic experience for us. The stylist left my son looking as if some animal had chewed on his hair. The cut was so uneven and botched that we have not been able to rectify it.
My son, who is usually quite cheerful about his appearance, even remarked that he looks “weird.” It’s heartbreaking to see him feel self-conscious about something that should have been a simple, confidence-boosting experience. The staff’s lack of skill and attention to detail is appalling.
I would strongly advise against taking your child to this place. Save yourself and your child from the distress we went through. We certainly won’t be returning.

My bad, I wanted a trim and probably should have said more, but usually stylists do a little more or ask questions once they have the base trim done. I ended up with 3 inches taken off and she sent me on my way... my hair is now crooked. She did nothing to the front layers at all and didn't even properly part my hair before she did the haircut. I guess you really do get what you pay for ?

That was a huge mistake. I asked for a fade and I’m absolutely shocked at what I received. Not only is it not faded at all, but the side profile looks like a silhouette of the Rocky Mountains. Absolutely messed up my hair beyond recovery, probably going to have to shave my head lol. All I can do is laugh at this point. My wife tried to fix it and did a solid job but it’s still so bad.

Requested for layer cut. Even showed her the picture. There is no layer whatsoever. Lady was keep brushing my hair (I didn’t go there to brush my hair ) such a horrible experience.Just want to specify the location was in Seton.Requested style: Layer

Walk in friendly. They don't take appointments. When I went there was no wait. They were friendly and quick.

Horrible place. The barber there cut my hair nothing like what the notes say. They hire anyone with no real skill or expertise in haircuts. I asked for 3 inches on top and I was left with 1. The worst part is that the barber didnt acknowledge their mistake. Do not recommend this place to anyone.
