This gym is very clean. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I've been to about 7 different goodlifes in Calgary, and this is so for my favorite. Very large square footage, equipment is updated and repaired frequently enough, and doesn't usually get too crowded.

Good clean and spacious gym to workout with good variety of machines but a couple of extra smith machines would have been wonderful.
