I'm working out as rehab for a stroke - I was paralyzed on my right side. The variety of machines and workout areas make it easy to customize my workout routine to accommodate and improve my challenges.

Abby from the front desk is the absolute sweetest. She's super knowledgeable about the equipment and is a delight to see whenever I'm at this location. Can't recommend this location enough because of her. Go Abby!
