It took a half they to replace this windshield plus returning with all this glass pieces inside!

We have used GlassMasters in the past and received top notch service. We recently took our car in to have the windshield replaced and once again, they delivered excellent service. The windshield they ordered for our car came with a defect, so they rushed a new one and had it installed right away. The waiting area has been thoughtfully staged with comfort as a top priority, so I was content to wait without feeling put out.

I was there at 8:20am for a rock chip and Wade refused my service he mentioned he’s short 2 guys, I asked to wait he refused and said not this morning, there was no on else in the store. Asked to book an appointment he said it’s first come first serve but come back tomorrow at 9
So basically not first come first served and no booking and no service haha may be you are here to drink your coffee and send people away

Absolutely amazing service and staff!! They are the needle in the haystack of auto glass work! Not only was the automated system quick, efficient and responsive the staff were so on top of every detail from the quote, to booking, and getting the work done! Everything was seamless and more impressively the availability of rare car windshields. We spent months looking with no turn out for a new windshield and they really came through for us! Our appt was for 3 with an estimate for 2.5hrs. It was done in about an hour and change. I can't rave enough with how impressed I am with this shop and the friendly welcoming staff.
I recommend this place to everyone!

I recently went in with my 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8 and got a brand new windshield. The guys did a really quick and efficient job. They even helped take a few bucks off the service for accidentally getting the wrong windshield at first and for me going back the second time in the week. Thanks a lot guys I’ll be sure to recommend this place to people! :)

Bought a used vehicle from a dealership in Red Deer and the windshield had already been replaced. When I encountered some issues I went to the Calgary NW location where they were able to warranty the issue even though I was technically not the original ‘owner’. Staff was professional, and the replacement windshield was completed quicker than promised.

Too easy, emailed for a quote, responded in 30 mins on a Saturday. Scheduled the following week. Windshield replaced in 90 mins. Super nice, organized. The only little suggestion is my appointment was for 8am, sent an appointment reminder text at 730am. Probably send those texts 24 hrs prior. Otherwise I'd give 10 stars for a number of other great reasons. Thank you

Had a windshield replaced and they did the job quickly. Said it would be 2.5 and only took 1.5 hours.
My truck was dirty and wet from the drive to the place. I’m sure this explains why the inside of my cab had muddy water spots all over. A little wipe down would have been nice.

They don’t even listen why I phoned. I phoned for rock chip repair they started giving me quote for windshield repair and said I need lane assist alignment. Seriously!!
