Marena is an absolute gem, I really appreciate her prompt updates on getting a Mercedes spare key ordered from dealer when Mercedes themselves made it complicated and tried to charge me for a whole fob. She was easy to deal with especially considering I live an hour and half away. Iwill most definetly recommend this shop and continue future business with them.

Booked an appointment 10 days in advance to have my def fluid tank deleted on my 2015 vw Touareg tdi and a stage 2 tune. Vehicle was finished in 7 hours runs and drives great, no more problems with codes popping up for def fluid tank now. Fast and professional service would definitely recommend taking your vehicle to them for any servicing or tuning.

Got wheel alignment and seasonal tire rotation done at GCS. also got recommendations as to defer unnecessary repairs. In all, I re received very satisfactory service and would recommend their services. Great work and excellent customer service.

German Car Specialists are one of the few car repair services that is trustworthy & caring in Calgary. Staff has taken the time to look for expensive car parts at the best possible prices. They have spent a lot of time explaining , in detail, what they will do & what should be done to my 2007 Volvo. Being female with a low level of car mechanical knowledge , I've been taken advantage of at other car dealerships. German c. staff go the extra mile to give the best possible service.

Friendly atmosphere, fair pricing. The technician staying slightly late to come with me for a small test drive to explain his assessment of my issue which was good customer service.
What I didn't particularly appreciate the customer service advisor admitting on the phone that the tech's had take the car on a (I quote) "spirited" test drive to assess the problem and once I returned to my car the dash was reading over 20 l/100km, meaning the car had been thrashed, especially in an industrial area, not on a highway.. There was absolutely no need to do this. This was quite annoying and disappointing.

New customer this year, just a few months ago. Had a diagnosis and some regular maintenance done on my car. Work was completed, satisfied with the quality, time it took and price. They were very accommodating for pickup time when I had a change that didn't allow me to get there when needed. Clean shop, good staff. No complaints!
