Nothing out of the ordinary. If you've been to a Rona before... it's the same-ish. Otherwise a decent store with a fair size garden center, aside from the occasional lack of 'quality' plants. If you appreciate my reviews... please be sure to 'like' them. Thanks again for your time and consideration. ?

Social distancing was in full effect at the entrance and in the garden center however people unfortunately were not following it inside the store .Garden center had very low stock of soil however the customer service was awesome, Susan at the garden center was great and very helpful.

Well stocked, organized and has more helping hands on the floor than other similar stories which is great. There was no line-up to get in at the time I went in which is a plus these days. Also, I noticed some items cheaper than at other stores (ex. Small blue propane cans, mower tractor motor oil, ... Almost by 10%)My experience using the washrooms by the garden center was quite interesting though. After flushing the toilet backed up. There was a plunger next to the toilet seat which was convenient but also shows that the store was aware of this problem.I went to wash my hands and the faucet cold tap hand was laying on the sink beside the faucet and the hot tap had no water.I used another skink which worked but the whole faucet was quite loose.Kinda funny because everything they need to fix it is right there on the shelves outside.

placed an order in May 19th. Few days after I followed up. CSR was extremely rude. Hang up on me twice and told me that she was 13 days behind. I waited for two more weeks. Today I was told that she was 2 more weeks behind and they could not do anything. They suggested that I should visit the store and pick it up instead. Pathetic customer service . Rona should start with teaching their CSRs how not to talk to their customers first . I will NOT visit this store ever again

This is by far the worst service and contractor I have ever experienced. The door came in the wrong size, contractor forgot my appointment and the job was supposed to be completed the following day and still not done. I will take my business elsewhere and let others know to do the same.

Normally a fantastic store and staff. This time I hope it's an exception. The web site has 17 x 18 flower pots listed as a clearance item. It shows two In stock. I drive over, looked around but could not locate Viva 17 x 19 - Matte Black. I patiently waited while the lady In the Garden Centre helped another customer. She could not locate the clearance item either. How nice to put on the web see price and details in store. Once a nappy customer, now likely go to the competition. Great clearance sale - clears out customers.

This is worst hardware store I have ever been too. The extremely rude, overweight and balding plumbing associate got defensive when I said the toilet I purchased wouldn't fit into my bathroom. After arguing with me for 5-10 minutes he proceeded to tell me to shop somewhere else, which I gladly will. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS STORE AGAIN! The Lowes a couple minutes away has far superior customer service and has earned my business for the rest of my life.

Tried to shop here today. Couldn't find what I was looking for and couldn't find some one to help me. When I tried to check out they had one till open and an insane line. Won't be coming back this is pretty standard procedure for this place

Rona has generally been my first choice for home and garden shopping for several reasons. Firstly, it's close and second, it's still a Canadian company (as far as I know). Less than a month ago, I queried staff for assistance only to be told by the staffer that she would get someone only no one came. During my time waiting, I was able to help a customer find what they were looking for in the next aisle. You're welcome. Today, I went to buy blinds only to find a note stating "as of June 13th, we no longer cut blinds". So why even stock them? Staff were unsure of where to get any cut. They told me " maybe try another store" without any commitment. So, consequently, I went to the competitor across from Marlborough Mall and bought blinds, had them cut and received further useful advice I hadn't considered. Overall, I was more than satisfied with my experience at your competitor. Rona would have benefitted by instituting the customer service culture it acquired with Totem. I suppose that element of the business isn't that important.
