“Bought from this store a few years ago, and the service then made us come back Sept 2024. This time. Sheldon did explain the types of mattresses and how they are built, took us to a demo model, that had all the bells and whistles , then failed to make sure what we decided to buy was exactly what we just demo' d . We got what we ordered, but not what we thought we ordered. Sheldon should have mentioned that the fancy motion bed would not work without the fancy base, so we paid for the bed and frame, based on what we thought we were getting, but on delivery, all this confusion came up, and there response to my wife was " All sales final, No returns " .
Since this post 2 weeks ago, we have had a mutual agreement on how this purchase was handled. Contact with main office resulted in a agreement on the correct base, which we purchased at a great deal. Laurie worked tirelessly, including late at night and on holiday days to come up with a solution to our problem. Our view of this company has been restored, and do recommend other people visit this company and let them show you what you should look for when buying a new mattress/ base combination. They really proved they care about each customer. I want to apologize to Sheldon and Laurie for my previous review, And will be returning for the next bed and frame, which will be in a year once our condo unit is finished being rebuilt from a fire .”
“We have been buying from Revolve for many years now and have always received great service. We recently moved back into our home having been elsewhere for 3-years and wanted to put together a new look. We ordered a new bed, entrance mirror, dining room table and chairs, love seat and sectional for the TV area and the quality and look was exactly what we were after (the loveseat and sectional are powered and they are fantastic). We still have some items to get before we are done and worked with Sam for a couple of additional chairs we needed. Again, great service and product knowledge that made the whole experience fantastic. It is nice to go into a store where they recognize and appreciate your business. We will definitely be back and we refer our friends as well. Thanks Sam... see you soon to order the floor lamp to finish the TV space.

“Matthew, One of the employees was extremely helpful and I went with his recommendation for charcoal after being very disappointed with Weber charcoal and all the changes they’ve made for their benefits of course, mentioned to Matthew how disappointed in Weber I was and he recommended cowboy charcoal, he apologized for Weber and offered me a bag of cowboy, when I bought one. Better charcoal than the original Weber. Thanks Matthew great appreciated.”

Beate, the owner, came out to our house, offered excellent design suggestions for our space, and then produced a detailed, scaled drawing for us to review.
Nik and Raul, the installers, were very pleasant and professional. Their exceptional skills and attention to detail are evident in the completed project. The fact that they showed up on time both days and cleaned up after themselves was also appreciated. Friends who visited afterwards were blown away by the quality of the work!”

Just bought our 3rd mattress (Berkeley Ergonomics) there today,so everyone in the family now has one. Great bedding, too. Team7 is a beautiful furniture line they carry from Austria....that's on my list next! Christo, the salesperson, is very knowledgeable and helpful. Store has never been too crowded when we've visited, so they'll spend as much time as you need, and show you a cross-section sample of each mattress so you can see what's inside.”

“Lived with (not happily) a very expensive memory foam bed for eight years before checking out Halstead. So happy to now have invested in a bed that allows us to customize comfort levels side-to-side and top to bottom. And best thing is we can update the comfort whenever we need/want to. Never heard of "building" a bed that is right for both of us and am so happy to have learned about it. We also decided on the adjustable frame and am loving the zero gravity setting.
