My wife and I just recently purchased a sectional, Mark was exceptional in helping us get the right one. We are very happy with our purchase, after shopping for months we came across Canvas and Loft and found the service and pricing very agreeable. Thanks again Mark for all your help and thank your delivery team they were quick clean and very professional.

Updated Oct 2024: The owner reached out after this review was published and provided replacements cushions and ottoman. Zach (owner) was very helpful in attempting to rectify my concerns.
Would not buy furniture here. Sectional completely broke down within 6 months. Contacted customer service for 3+ months ago. They have hardly responded and when they did it was with very little information and now I cannot get a response at all. Poor quality, poor customer service.

Recently went in to purchase a sectional and had a great experience with Dave. There was a great selection and the products were awesome quality and reasonable prices. Dave was super friendly, attentive, and wasn’t pushy at all which is something you tend to expect from a furniture salesman (and I’ve definitely experienced at other stores). The purchasing process was quick and easy. My husband and I both agree that we would go back there for any furniture needs in the future!

We recently bought the Manhattan couch with ottoman and have found it super comfortable and perfect size. It has great quality and with its fair price I felt it offered great value, specially when compared to the competition. I was only dissatisfied when my ordered was delayed and the ottoman would arrive even later on its own, but at least the store offered a decent resolution. Thanks!

Sales person was very pushy. He pushed us to put a deposit down, said it was no problem if we changed our mind we could get it back. We saved OVER 4 grand shopping elsewhere with no pressure added. Went to get our deposit back, and had 2 guys asking to see a pic of what we bought, and why wouldn’t we ask them to match prices, that we should go back and tell the other place we made a mistake. That they told us they would give a good price, we should have asked. It was just all around an awful experience. Cold shoulder as we walked out.. yes we did get our deposit back. Thank goodness.

Great reclining sofa. Good price - could not pass it up. Delivery went really well, including removal of the old sofa. Delivery crew were great - took exceptional car to do no damage during delivery and set up. Highly recommend Canvas + Loft for good quality goods and service.

We came in with our 4 boys and were welcomed immediately by Shibu. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. They also had treats and drinks available, which my boys were thrilled with. We found exactly what we were looking for at a better price than we'd seen anywhere else. We were also able to delay delivery while we finish our basement. I highly recommend shopping here!

So disappointed with the Claire Lounge sofa bed that came 3 months late (was shipped so not Canadian made) with the lounge frame distorted. There were numerous loose threads and very poor stitching on all seat cushions. Because it was delivered they wipe their hands of any responsibility for a terrible product. The “memory foam” is also questionable after less than 3 months use. Waste of money.

Purchased a large sectional, mattress and 3 island chairs. Sales staff were great. Transaction was quick. Delivery was communicated the whole way. Delivery team was on time and communicated their schedule ahead of time. Would purchase again.

Canvas and Loft has a good variety of just about everything you would need for your home.Our sale representative, Mr. Shibu greeted us with a friendly approach. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the Recliners and sectionals . He helped us in finding the best one which suits our bonus room.The delivery team was very nice and friendly. Overall experience was pleasant and professional. We are very extremely happy with the purchase experience and will definitely go there for future purchases.

I bought a new sectional last year and from beginning to end the service was fantastic. Fast forward to this week, my puppy dug a hole in two of my cushions and I spoke to Ali and Brittany and they were able to get them replaced and shipped to my home. The repsonse time was fast and i could not be happier! Thank you ladies for being awesome!

Very bad service. I got mattress from Andy. The mattress coils were broken after a year. I made warranty claim but they are just asking for photos since Nov 2023. I don’t understand which photos they want . I sent almost 30 photos . I m so upset , my parents back hurt bcoz of that broken mattress.
Please don’t ever buy a mattress from them and don’t expect any warranty
