Please read the positive reviews carefully - they belonged to TWT when the former owner was the operator of this company. As an entrepreneur that depends on managed IT services to keep her business going - there are much better choices out there. Since the acquisition there is no care or responsibility on the accounts - and no responsibility and a complete lack of care. There has been a mass exodus of the amazing employees that once worked there - and an even more extreme exodus of the clients that loved and trusted the owner of TWT.

This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Don't waste any of your time with them. Here's why:1. Problems don't seem to be fixed. The same problems continue over and over again.2. You don't have the ability to call someone with an issue. They randomly call you back, whenever they feel like it, after you create a ticket. Sometimes you wait half a day. Other times you wait 2 days. They call randomly and if you don't pick up, you have to email them to ask them to call you back; which again they do whenever they feel like it.3. When they do call you, you often get hung up on (even though they called you). Just now, I waited 1.5 days for a call. I got a call at 2pm but was away from my desk. I had to email them to call me back. They called around 4:30 (again no notice). When the service rep called, he immediately put me on hold (didn't tell me he was doing that) and after waiting 15 minutes he just hung up.

We signed up with TWT originally based on customer reviews. We were promised great service and customer support. Shortly after TWT was acquired by Fully Managed and it seems like our account fell through the cracks. We were stuck in a 3 year service agreement and had no way to change providers. We were left behind during the merger and as a startup we received little support on what policies were, how to submit tickets and got left in the shuffle. We were later assigned an amazing account manager but no matter how much he tried the rest of the company couldn't get their act together to meet our needs. If it wasn't for Tom, our account manager I would have given them a 1 star.

As noted above, I rated Mark Benoit at Fully Managed Calgary all five [5] stars. Mark @ Fully Managed Calgary has provided top-drawer service in every way. He has been responsive i.e. timely in returning my phone calls, takes the time to listen to my description of the concern, and tackles the challenge head-on. If he is unsure regarding the solution, he will dig deeper and is always successful. I have found Mark to be patient, professional, considerate, helpful and brilliant. Exactly the type of IT professional I would love to have on my team ... and he IS on my team! Thanks again, Mark.

We have been using Fully Managed for several years, and love how smoothly things run. They do their thing in the background and you never even know they are there. Things just work they way they are supposed to. If we do have an issue they are quick to answer the phone/text/chat/email and solve the problem. They have also been very helpful in creating an IT strategy particularly around supplying and installing hardware. Our relationship with Fully Managed has definitely helped our business succeed.

I recently started at my company and they have a business partnership with TWT. I have used their service offerings a couple of times and they have been great. They are super responsive and get the problem dealt with. The Tech's are very professional and certainly show that they care about their Customers.

I had the most wonderful experience SATURDAY DECEMBER 31, 2016...yes NYE day.... couldn't get remote access into my client's site. I contacted TWT thinking they would get back to me the following Tuesday. Well, they contacted me THE SAME DAY , fixed my connection THAT DAY and I was able to proceed with my work, ALL ON NYE Day.. They are always so accommodating; the technicians are so professional and know what they are doing, and just don't waste my time or theirs unnecessarily. I love TWT and am so appreciative that they are there for me, for my business and for my clients.
