The guy basically looked at a computer screen whole time while talking to me.

Horrible service. Staff has so much attitude and rude. I was waiting and waiting for my turn and then asked guy is there anyone else who can help?. He knocked the door and finally other guy came out. He was sleeping at the back, came out rubbing his eyes kept stretching his body, yawning like OMG seriously. He was already in annoying mood. And everything I asked his reply was NO or I'm new, started 6 months ago, I don't know, like seriously.. Such a bad customer service. He is making everything easy for himself not for customer. Chinook freedom doesn't deserve even one star. Specially that guy who was sleeping there and might be got upset coz customer ruined his good sleep.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I would strongly recommend NOT to use that Location, and I really hope the management reading these reviews as people that work there are rude, arrogant and obnoxious. Visited this store today talked to Kevin. If I could I would give absolute ZERO for customer Service. AVOID!!!
