I am extremely disappointed with the service and treatment I received at Foxfire Jewellers- Sunridge mall. I took my necklace in for repair on May 18, 2024, and provided clear instructions. I picked it up on May 25th, the repair was done incorrectly, causing the necklace to break. The solder point was in the wrong location. I immediately contacted the store and returned to address the issue.
Despite arranging to speak with a manager on May 27th, the store manager asked my wife to return the following day, which she could not do due to work commitments. On May 28th, my wife texted with Store owner/ Manager Janice over the phone. Her behavior was shockingly rude, unprofessional, and deeply insulting. She accused us of breaking the necklace and "making up stories as it pleases you," and referred to my necklace as "hollow".
The most disturbing part was the blatantly racist and discriminatory remarks she made, saying, "you refuse to answer yet you are threatening my staff to go to the Better Business Bureau; what a typical Filipino always!" These are her exact words, which I found profoundly offensive and unacceptable.
I am appalled by the unprofessional conduct and blatant discrimination exhibited by the owner/ store manager at Foxfire Jewellers. I would not recommend this store to anyone and urge others to be cautious when considering their services.
This experience has been incredibly disappointing and disheartening, and I hope the company takes serious steps to address such behavior and improve their customer service.

The service was good. Product was not as I asked if the gemstone (being a ruby) was lab-created and was told yes. When I got home and knowing how to test for ruby found out it was not. Not impressed.

I brought my grandmother's ring in to be redesigned for my engagement. They gave me amazing advice which molded my ring into something that as a fairly uneducated man about jewelry is proud of. All while maintaining a budget that I had stated at the beginning. Highly recommend.

I bought my engagement and our wedding ring in this store. I like my engagement ring though I know Its not a “high end” kind of rock but i am contented with what type of rock i got and the quality is excellent . The quality of my wedding was good and it was a beautiful ring, but because the type of the ring isn’t really good for everyday use, one rock fall off.But Janice, is very approachable and the service she provided to her customers is very excellent, she’s one of a kind, that u can call her anytime to get a suggestion of what you can do on your ring that you bought from her store.! She will exchange it! just bring ur receipt and the ring and she will take care of it. The discount was also great!She is an amazing person. Highly recommended.

Amazing and honest service. Jackie is fantastic to deal with. Highly recommend Foxfire! I’ll be back for certain. Their prices are excellent, as is the quality.

I am Very unimpressed with the service and the products. Be very aware of the prices/discounts you are being told about as if you do not watch they will charge you a different price when you pay. They also do not tell you of Final Sales or return options so be aware. I am also unsure of the diamond ring I purchased as I have no information on the quality other than what I was told and based on this experience I am questioning that as well now. This was a very shady experience and I would not recommend shopping for jewelry at this store.

I recently made the big decision to get engaged and went to foxfire after reviewing different jewellers in the city. The service provided by Janice was excellent! I’d done some research prior but was able to ask questions and explore different options as well and felt like I got genuine answers from a knowledgeable source. The ring I decided on was custom made through Foxfire, and was amazed with the results, the ring is beautiful and the modifications were all met (in fact they provided an upgrade free of charge to maintain their timeline which was an extremely kind gesture). I couldn’t recommend them enough and will continue to shop with them for future purchases!
