Well, in principle, it’s okay, the showers are working, the pressure is normal, there is hot water, all the washing machines and dryers are working, they’re trying to clean it up, but the place has to be morally refreshed, everything is old, but I was satisfied

If I could give zero stars I would.
Stopped in last night for propane for my RV and the sani dump. 2 employees later and they couldn't operate the propane. So left with no gas. And was told the sani dump was closed. So my septic is still full as well. Dont waste your time going here for service.

Our first time in Calgary, AB. Very nice, clean and well maintained facilities. The shower had great water pressure and hot water.
The Denny's cook was on point and grilled up some great burgers for us.

Have been using this as a gas station and an RV dump for quite a while. It has gotten really scammy. They charge you $10 to dump your trailer, but there's no water available at the one open sanitation station. You then have to wash your hose out onto the driveway because the water is not close to the dump station. If you want to flush your tanks you have to pay to dump then move your trailer to the water station then pay again to dump again. It is very much a huge ripoff but they are very quick to remind you that they are the only dumping station in Calgary.

Very poor facility for RV Sami dump capability. They have 3 dump stations where the dump hole cover is secured by a code locked cover. You purchase a code for $10.50 from the attendant. Problem is that only right most lane has an operating cover, yet only the left most lane has a working water tap to connect your flush/rinse system to a water supply!! You require a 50ft hose to stretch across to the flush water. I did not have one so there was no way to perform an end of season tank flush. My tank was already empty of waste and I just needed to flush it! Even though their system was unusable for me they REFUSED to return the $10.50 fee.
Three years ago I used this facility for an end of season dump, the water did not work then either. So this time I called ahead to verify everything worked including flushing capability. They said all was good when in fact it is far from functioning. Of the 3 stations the middle one is useless, only the left one has water for flushing and only the right one has a functioning dump drain!
I expected much better facilities from Shell Flying J and expected better service from the staff!

few years ago this was the best truckstop in Calgary and now it's really one of the worst since it's been taken over by people that have probably lower living standards.
The staff is polite and always excuses for the failing equipment we truckers need like washer dryers and the showers are I think all up and running again.. it was down a lonngg time.
they use the washer dryers for them self dirty laundry and occupied all working machines .. I think 3 are working from the 12 I guess they have
it got expensive in all ways

Poor customer service.

Only ONE out of the 6 RV dump stations has a faucet for water. That REALLY sucks to find out after you've started dumping.

I’ve been a regular customer for years. Every time I try to make a purchase the debit machine is not working properly. I try two cards at one till and on one debit machine, it doesn’t work. She switches tills, tries again it works. You can’t tap their machines. It’s terrible. Do not stop here.
