Finally 2 Months later my SUV is now fixed correctly so I can this leave this piss poor review. The one star only goes to Leah who was the most reasonable individual I could speak with when having to follow up with over the two dozen times I’ve had to in order to get my car back. Cristen on the other hand was a nightmare. Dropped my car off for major repairs on Jan 15th and was told it would be ready for pick up by Friday that week. Didn’t get a call from them after two weeks so I called and left a vm as it was closed the next day no one returned my vm so I called again and was told they had to reorder the bumper as they received the incorrect one and it should arrive by end of week and should be ready to pick up by Monday Feb 5th. That day came and went so I called the Tuesday to follow up and was told they are still missing the rear bumper guard as the one ordered was incorrect. I gave them until Feb 15th I showed up to pick up my SUV no matter what state it was in walked in spoke with Cristen told her I was here to pick up my Subaru and she handed me paperwork to sign off on the incorrect car, she then went on her system to look up my vehicle to tell me they are still waiting on the correct rear bumper guard to be ordered I told her at this point I’m getting the ring around and I’d like to have my vehicle back and when they get the correct one in to give me a call, she turned real sour real quick. Since having my SUV back as of Feb 15th I had been calling every Monday, Wed & Friday to get an update on if and when the correct rear bumper guard has arrived. After every follow up call as of Feb 26th I would email to reiterate what I was being told as this was getting to be absolutely ridiculous. March 7th they finally had the correct part and dropped it off and waited in their office as it was being done. Their waiting area/front office is disgusting there is a constant smell of sewage and as a matter of fact I now understand why dealing with most all their office staff is so unbearable. Don’t do business with Fix Auto

Got rear ended awhile back and my Insurance ( TD ) suggested this shop as it was closer to my home. The service was amazing starting with the staff up front. They set up the rental and made sure I got a lift to enterprise. The new bumper looks perfect but I was more impressed that my car was detailed while it was there. I wasn't expecting this and feel I left a mess in my car prior to arrival. Thank you to Fix Auto for the great service. Would definitely return .

Fix Auto repaired my vehicle after I got rear-ended at the beginning of January. They gave a pretty close estimate of how long it would take--with the majority of the time being waiting for parts from my vehicle manufacturer--the parts took about 2 weeks longer than anticipated. Once they had all the parts the repairs took about a week, including paint. The vehicle looks amazing...couldn't tell it had been in an accident. We dealt with Leah the whole time and she was fantastic. After pick up there was an intermittent noise and I let Leah know about it the next day. She had me bring it back immediately, we took a drive so she could hear it. She had it up on the hoist right after to pin point where the noise was coming from and then called the mechanic to see if he could get it in that day. It was a part that hadn't seated properly and they had it fixed in a couple of hours and back to me that afternoon. The car runs great again. This was the Friday right before the long weekend--so I was pleasantly surprised I didn't have to wait over the weekend. Hopefully I don't have need for their services often, but I will go back without hesitation if I do.

I wish there was a negative stars. My car was taken in for an auto claim. Parts were ordered, wrong parts. They missed the deadline. They then did another assessment, found more damage, and then it was written off. I know for certain it wasn't additionally found because I went in to see them a couple days before the deadline, and the manager even commented that there was more wrong with it. Which means the initial assessment wasn't thorough. Incompetence. The manager and front counter staff failed to return phone calls when they assured me they would. The regional manager didn't return phone calls from messages. Stating that it was due to a defective messaging system. Which means it was a known issue. Seems like not a lot of fixing known issues. And after a great deal of my wasted time, stress poor service, no attempts were made to make it better in any way. Just a couple lame apologies. I see down the reviews there's another, not unlike mine and the reply was, "not a usual occurrence". Well, I think that's untrue as there's a couple known issues right here. My suggestion to any reading. Do yourself a favor, skip a headache and go somewhere else.Edit - I went and read more reviews, the absolute failure for communication is very well known to them. So the reply of, "not a usual occurance", flat out, lie.

Body work looked great but ZERO COMMUNICATION about any type of delay - any information I got from them was because I called routinely for an update because I read reviews about how horrible their customer communication was - I totally understand any delay with parts and do not fault them for that but you absolutely need to call and update your customers about that - I was supposed to get my vehicle before Christmas and just got it back today, which is fine due to the part delays, but if I had not called for updates I would have been completely in the dark about the status of me repair

Just awful. My insurer referred me to Fix Auto for a hail damage repair. My vehicle was assessed by Fix Auto, parts were ordered, the vehicle was booked in for a 15 day repair, and car rental coverage was arranged accordingly. The repair ended up taking 50 days. Why? Apparently because the the Fix Auto staff who initially assessed the vehicle were incompetent and the people who fixed the vehicle "found" new damage once they started working on it. This was hail damage, so how you can "find" new damage is a mystery to me.However, what was more frustrating than the delay was the absolutely appalling customer service and communication from Kayla. Not once in the whole time I was forced to deal with her did she ever proactively call me to notify me of a delay. Not once was she ever able to answer a question when I called to ask about an ETA on my vehicle. Not once did she ever call me back when she promised to (and she promised to many times).I was often left wondering how on earth Kayla could remain employed as a customer service representative when it's abundantly clear that she doesn't posses even the most basic qualities needed for the job. I wondered if her boss knew that she was lying to customers and frustrating them rather than serving them. Only when I started communicating with the manager, Raman, did I realize he really didn't care. I took the time to explain to Raman the challenges that I had been facing. I also explained to him that I was not the type of person to "surprise" him with a negative online review: I wanted him to be aware of the problems and give him an opportunity to fix them. You can guess the outcome of my efforts.I see from the other negative Google reviews that I am far from the only person who has had this experience. So, my advice is clear: DO NOT GIVE FIX AUTO YOUR BUSINESS.

Absolute joke of a shop. Changed delivery date 9 times. Broke my key FOB, told me they’d replace it and six months later, I’m still waiting for a replacement.

Ownership changed in June, new owners clearly don`t really know how to run a business and make scheduling mistakes, they also don`t have access to former owners files somehow, that kinda seems like the bare minimum for buying a chain repair shop. You`d think MacDonald's is MacDonald's and Fix auto is fix auto but apparently they aren`t organized enough for that.

Although the process took longer than we expected, Fix Auto was perfect. The car looked and functioned better than it did before the accident and their support staff was so helpful - especially Kayla. Hope they give that girl an extra holiday bonus as she absolutely deserves it!Services: Painting

Kayla and the rest of the team made my experience flawless. I originally ended up at fixauto through my insurance company for hail damage. And the adjuster didn’t communicate with me much. It being my first time to get repairs done to a vehicle I owned, I was unsure of everything. Kayla called and walked me through the whole process and worked out my rental for me. My vehicle was fixed sooner than anticipated and my car was returned to me spotless inside and out. I was so pleased I brought my car back for my windshield replacement. I will definitely be returning when I need future repairs.

Great service , everyone was very friendly and helpful. Got my vehicle fixed in less time than they quoted. The vehicle looks great everything was repaired and you wouldn’t be able to tell it was damaged. They gave me back my vehicle cleaner then when I dropped it off to them. I had a very positive experience and would recommend them to anyone .Service: Body & Trim

I fixed my car and Kayla was extremely helpful with the process. She was able to communicate with me effectively and just keep my nerves calm. Because of her I’d give this place 5 starsServices: Painting

Terrible customer service. Zero communication. The manager was always conveniently in a meeting, with another customer, or in the shop when I would call. Told I'd get a callback and never did. You have to harass them for information.

I wish we could find more places like this in Calgary! Drew and Erin showed exceptional professionalism and care when dealing with our car after the accident. Communication run great. They even gave us the shop tour and were always so awesome. Thank you so much, Drew. Highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim
