Have had great experiences with Xander at First Choice! I have taken my 92 year old mother twice and she was so happy and said Xander is “just the best”! He is so compassionate and great at dealing with a very senior citizen! Handicap parking right in front is a bonus!

This year I’ve had two appointments with the stylist Cathy. I’m very pleased with the cut and will continue to be a customer. Friendly staff and it was easy to get an appointment on short notice and reasonable prices. My friend has been going to this location for many years and has no complaints. Thank you Cathy!

The manager does not manage this salon in a fair and orderly manner -I have overheard Nicole complaining about the other stylists not supporting each other and bad mouthing the stylist who I request but when I arrive at the salon the stylist was not in that day- I asked why they didn’t advise me as they had my phone number, and Nicole said she could do it-However Nicole has ruined my hair in the past. I did not speak to the manager as the manager is disengaged and also talks badly about the staff and customers in front of the public-More than once I have had terrible customer experience and there’s only one person who is respectful (Aki)And I’ve seen the others treat her poorly-When I try to make an appointment with Aki they say they can do it instead -I will never step foot inside this horrendous establishment until the management changes there- just don’t waste your time not even if it’s inexpensive!You will have dissatisfaction with these competitive gossipy staff.My friend had the same experience and she will no longer enter this salon-Please step up the service here!Service: Hairstyling

Amazing, a hairdresser that listens, doesn't have me feeling self conscious about the hair style I wanted. He was able to give me the exact cut I asked for. This has been a big challenge to find someone who can do that! Now to ice the cake he's the best priced I've found in years. I spent less getting shampoo, cut, set & tip then others charge for just a cut. Totally will be going back to Xander.

I think this is a great place to get a hair cut, however the staff are not great with the POS portion of the role. I asked if the accepted Apple Pay, they said no - so I drove 10 min home and back to get my wallet to find out they do end up accepting Apple Pay.
