Went to this location by the Aero drive to send a package to Winnipeg.
Everyone was friendly and greeted me when I walked in.
David helped me and he was very good at what he does, Very proactive in searching the address and in giving information. He is very efficient and he knows exactly what he is talking about. He is a true asset.
I am really happy with the service.

I visited this fedex store on Wednesday, November 6th in the morning to send a parcel of clothes to the USA. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially one woman who went above and beyond to assist me. She helped me fold all the clothes and arranged them perfectly in the box to ensure everything fit safely and securely. She even found me the cheapest shipping option possible! I was so impressed with her supportive and friendly attitude, and the overall great service from the team. Highly recommend!

Recommend caution when using FedEx on more costly items from shops that do not require signature. FedEx dropped my package off at a random house (package was found hours later after having someone go check the streets/house around me while at work). To be expected, I quickly put not delivered to the notification email. 24 hours later I was given a reply from Rupinder in customer service "We did research on this one and it shows delivered correctly to the address without signatures.
Picture matches to the house with google street view and no signatures were required by shipper.
This is not eligible for claims."
He sent me a photo of the package resting next to a Green house. My house is very clearly brown and backed up by google street view.
Luckily the package was found with zero thanks to FedEx. It's unsettling that this was the response and deflection of responsibility by FedEx. Will undoubtedly go out of my way to choose alternative shipping providers in the future if given the chance.

Not very knowledgeable with addresses. You can easily pull our address up on google whether through our google page or just the address itself and I've never had an issue. Somehow an international shipping company has issues. Odd.

I am not sure why the FedEx last mile delivery is always disappointing and no one bothers to fix the issue. FedEx is so fast (faster than anyone in the industry) but their last mile delivery is worst. Very disappointed.

Delivery ticket left on door, stating can be picked, but did not leave the location for pickup! Called the 1-800 number, took several attempt via the automated system to try locate my package but this system didn't understand the question. After more than 10 minutes of this, was finally transferred to a customer representative. Nice person, gave the address where the package was (furthest location from me) but stated another delivery attemtp was scheduled for the next day. When I asked if she could set up a delivery time, she stated no, I had to do it online. I hung up, went online, made an account, but when I tried to set up a delivery time, it stated that option wasn't available to me. This experience is beyond frustrating. Poor delivery and customer service. Still don't have my package. If I know online sites use FedEx, I will avoid purchasing from that site just to avoid the high hassle it takes to get an item. Would have been a lot easier to buy the item in store.

Horrible! Spent 200 to get it delivered before a birthday on the 20… what day is it today? The 24. And has it been delivered? No. Not at all even try to lie and say they attempted but we weren’t home. If you want a a delivery system who does anything but deliver and just wastes money and time FedEx is the place! They do everything but work! Said it would be delivered today and it hasn’t been. This place is disappointment after disappointment!
Edit: been reading past reviews and it seems so many people agree but all FedEx says is “Thank for the feedback! Will talk to customer service” when? In 20 years? If you did talk then I’m sure it would have gotten better! Once again dodging every ounce of work that is needed to satisfy paying customers.

The service was pretty good and everyone was nice. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because my package was delayed when it said it arrived at the facility and I had to sit around for 30 minutes before I received my package.

They did not even leave tag at door they didn't even contact me
It been repeatedly happening for us
& State that we tired to deliver your but no one is available to pickup

If you like shipping centres where you wait in line 20 minutes to drop off a package with NO ONE else in line, this is the place for you. I fortunately I have to drop off packages regularly here, and even though I have never actually been witness to a time where there are more customers than FedEx customer service employees you are ALWAYS waiting! .... You wait while the (seemingly) disinterested bordering on negligent employees doddle walking around, pretending to do busy work, being slow, or just completely ignoring you. It's hilarious, the only thing they're actually active at and attentive to is not making eye contact. It's a bizarro place, I feel like in in the upside down when I enter their building. Place sucks. Do better.
