Move your prescriptions here people. Very pleasant atmosphere with zero condescension. Batul the pharmacist is very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. Always greets you with a smile and you feel like you are dealing with a family member. Had me registered including my insurance in no time. Had my first prescription handed to me in 5 minutes flat. Her assistant is also very efficient and fills prescriptions really fast. Compare this to the pharmacy two blocks north, where the pharmacist simply drips with haughtiness and condescension and kinda makes you feel like you are no longer in Canada.

Lady Batul has no sense of how to serve customers and speaks rudely. She talks unnecessarily about things not related to prescription with some potential offensive language.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for years now. The pharmacist goes above and beyond to be helpful. My daughter forgot her meds at home and we went out of town. I called the pharmacist in a panic and within minutes, she had faxed a 7 days prescription for my daughter’s meds to a pharmacy I was close to. Her level of care is unprecedented.

I've been coming here for over five years now, as my doctor is in the same office, and have never had any issues, whether service, availability or customer service.Batul has always been very helpful, and friendly, so I can't complain about anything and I've been a regular customer.

Always nice, sweet and patient. Has waited for me past close so I could get my medication safely because she didn't want me to rush in cold weather. Always a good experience.

The woman behind the counter has zero customer service skills. I walked in, she ignored me. I said excuse me and before I could say anything else, she yells out I’m sorry I can’t help you right now. Awful !!

First of all, AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS. There is a Rexall a few meters from this place, and some others in the vicinity. The ratings of other people says it all. Truly, the worst pharmacy. They should not be in the business at all. There was an older Indian lady (the owner) when I came in today and was the most rude person I have ever met in my entire life. I was all smiles when I approached the counter politely telling her of my visit (after 18 pharmacy visits today with no luck for Rapid Antigen Test). She told me "Go wait outside for 15 minutes in your car. Come back after, I don't have time for you". And so I did. Coming back, There were two brothers in line ahead of me whom she gave FOUR (4) boxes of the Antigen test. When it was my turn, she let me still wait then came to me. I told her I came for the Antigen test. She said "I will only give you 2 for the whole family." THERE'S FOUR OF US. And I had the health cards, but she blocked me while I was still talking and said, "Didn't you hear what I just say? Just two! Come back another day!" Worst experience ever. Even if this is the last single pharmacy there is in Calgary, I would rather drive to Edmonton or Medicine Hat to get my prescriptions. It even looks like the Pharmacy doesn't even have the inventory of the medications you would need. Spare yourself from the disappointment and frustration, go to Shoppers, Rexall, London Drugs, or any other pharmacy EXCEPT THIS.Update: My friend came in today and told me she was given 3 boxes by the owner and whispered to her " Don't tell others I gave you 3 boxes". How did I know of this? We work side by side in the office. Then after she gave her the 3 boxes, she shouted for others to hear, "If someone asks, tell them we run out of Antigen Tests".

A pharmacist picked up the phone and I asked one question and she answered it and then said bye immediately hanging up on me when I had more questions. Long story short, I would rather go to a crack head for medical supplies rather than go here

Super rude staff. I was looking for covid rapid tests and they didn't even pick up the phone. When I got there in person, the place was empty and there was one lady huddled in the corner reading a book. I had to call for her attention. I asked if they had covid rapid tests and before I even finished my sentence, she curtly said "No." and put her head back down to her book. Very rude...I would not trust this place with my prescriptions.

Terrible service. They called my family to book an appointment for a covid vaccine shot and 2 days after my family called back to confirm the appointment and then they said an appointment was never made.

Poor service, non-prefessional staff. When I made reservation, they reject to send any text message for address and reminder, staff there said they can't send anything, Okay, that's not their fault maybe. But when I was there on time, they said they do not have any appointment with me , and they don't have any vaccine available! Totally waste of time.
