I highly suggest not wasting any time going here. I came in, they didn't even bother asking when my wedding was just immediately told me they don't order because it takes long. You can't tell me it takes 2 years to order a dress or even 1 year.However... they didn't help at all. Didn't ask for styles, preferences etc. So I believe they just don't want to order. They were no help in grabbing dresses. VERY LAZY SERVICE.They have maybe 40 dresses and that's it and don't really do alterations. Go elsewhere for a better experience.

I was so excited to go and try on dresses at this place. After looking at their website and seeing some beautiful dresses, I was definitely intrigued. Until I got there and showed her all the dresses I saw on their website that I was interested in trying on. Well don’t be fooled. They don’t update their site with what they currently have. So if you think you’re going in to try something you love, they most likely will not even have it.

I can't even begin to explain what an amazing experience that I have received with the staff at Ever After Bridal. It has been over a year now and the big day is coming. They have been with me every step of the way. I purchased both my wedding and evening gown from them and all my bridesmaids bought a dress from them as well. Service has never been received with anything less than a smile EVERY single time. I was welcomed into their store from day one and they definitely made an imprint on my wedding dress shopping experience. I have also recommended them to a lady on the Calgary Wedding Buy and Sell Page on Facebook and she has also came back to me with nothing but positive feedback and 2 bridesmaid dresses! If you are looking for a very personal and honest opinioned experience, then this place is for you! Thank you once again Ever After Bridal for such an amazing experience!

Went in for my bridal gown and tried on so many. She was very helpful she made my experience a great one. She would watch make facial expressions and when I tried on all the dresses. Found one that day bought and took home. Not expensive at all compared to same dress at another store.

Great experience! I was buying off the rack for a last minute event. After going to david's bridal and experiencing the low quality dresses and poor service, this place was amazing. She was pinning each dress I tried on and getting sizes and being very helpful. I picked a dress 15 minutes before close on Thursday and they had it altered perfectly by the time I picked it up at 1 pm the next day. Very good experience, would recommend.

After trying dress after dress at other dress shops that specialized in grad dresses I was feeling disappointed that I couldn't find the style that I wanted. I popped into this bridal shop just to see if they had grad dresses and they had several racks with much more understated and classic dresses. I found several that were WAY more reasonable in price and that I loved.

I went to ever after bridal to look for a wedding gown however the selection and service was dispointing. They do not have a system where they keep you on file, instead if you like a dress they give you a small card with the number of the dress and that's it. Hoping u don't loose it or forget it next time. You are also not allowed to take more than one picture which could be an issue if u like two dresses. I do understand that this is a policy in few stores but she was quite rude about it. Ruined the overall experience.

I purchased a bridesmaids dress from Ever After for my friend's wedding. We had a long day looking at dresses and we were ready to find something.Their selection was really good, very comparable to bridesmaid dresses at some of the larger "swankier" places in town. Same name brands with better pricing (less markup). We were happy we found a dress the bride liked finally! The salon said the dresses would take about 3 months to arrive, and it was just about 3 months on the nose, even though the wedding was close to 9 months away there was no delay in ordering or shipment. We had to ship a dress to Ontario for another bridesmaid, and they even found a box, wrapped it up and taped it shut for us to ship!Fast forward to a few months before the wedding, I called them up to schedule alterations. The seamstress is so sweet and had me in and out of there in a jiffy. Alterations only cost me $50 and only took a week! Amazing job all around, I would reccomend!

If there was an option of ``0 stars`` you can bet I would choose that. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered - I almost left in TEARS. I made an account just so I could write a review.Firstly, no one greeted me and my bridesmaid at the door. We said hello first. From the beginning the 2 ladies there were rude. They asked what I was looking for and it being literally, the first time I walked into a bridal store, I fumbled a bit with explaining what I wanted. I even mentioned though that it was my first time looking. But because I had also mentioned I was looking for bridesmaid dresses, she just pointed me towards the bridesmaids dresses and dismissed us. So okay fine, we`ll just look at the bridesmaid dresses for a bit. While we were looking, another lady came into the store and they rushed over to help her and disappeared in the wedding dress section. My friend and I decided we would follow them and look at bridal dresses too. They ignored us for the longest time until finally one of them came to ask me if she could help. When I told her what I liked, she pulled dresses that were not what I was looking for at all, and gave me the stink eye if I chose out something else. I only picked out 3 dresses and she made it seem like it was such a hassle. The whole time I`m being pleasant, saying thank you - not even a SMILE from this lady. I`m still looking at dresses when she decides that we`d had enough time and took my 3 dresses and left for the change room.I try on the dresses and she does not say one word. No `that looks really nice`or does not give any advice for what would look better when I make a comment that this shape didn`t really flatter me. She just stared silently so it was SO AWKWARD and I had no idea what to do besides just take the dress off. She was no help at all. She didn`t even properly put the dress on me or clip it if it was too big.The other customer that had come in after me was also trying dresses and I made a comment that the dress she was trying on was what I was looking for - she made no motion that she heard me, did not offer to find something similar - NOTHING.Finally the other bride told me I should just try it on - the saleslady had the gull to say that `the dress is too small`for me to try on. WTF.... She basically just called me fat. Sure the bride was a bit smaller than me, but by no means was I going to bust out of that dress!! I just left.I would never ever recommend coming here, even if it`s the last bridal store in town. I am still so appalled.

The most horrible dress shopping experience ever. They came across a very rude way with everything. My friend was texting her husband and the staff yelled at her as they thought she was taking pictures. I went with two of the bridesmaids who are both getting married within 3 months after my wedding and they were skeptical about it when we said we are all interested in browsing wedding gowns and didn't let us look. While we were waiting for a fitting room to become available we were looking at the accessories that are on display and were told not to worry about it until I picked out a dress first. I can't not image anyone would want to make such a purchase here.

So I went to this store to see if they had some of the wedding dress styles I am looking for (I really like Pronovias/San Patrick/La Sposa/The White One), but after reading the previous Google reviews of this store, I went there a little apprehensive. The store is very clean and well-appointed, but the service lady is very particular and sometimes a little rude. I could tell right away she is exactly the lady (probably the owner) that the previous brides complained about. She asked me what style I was looking for, and I told her the brands I was interested in, and specifically I wanted the A-line dresses with the very full skirts - almost ball-gown. She started showing me some less-full A-line dresses, but I wasn't really interested on most of the ones she showed me: I picked a few that might look interesting. They seemed like the typical A-line dresses I've seen many brides wear at my last few weddings, and I wanted the lacey Pronovias styles - so I kinda poked around her selection and pulled out a several dresses that caught my eye.Other bridal stores had me pull-out the dresses I liked (not off the rack, just pull it out front so it stuck out and was easy to identify), so they could bring them to me to try on. When I told her I was interested in these she thought I just made a mess... and assumed I was randomly pulling out dresses and not putting them back. She got upset and started tucking all the dresses back in, more concerned about the 'mess' I made than what dressses I was looking at. I didn't get a chance to explain I had them out because I wanted to try them on.... She was more preoccupied in making every dress look evenly tucked in again. When she saw the dresses I picked, she told me I might not like them because they are quite poofy. I told her its perfect I wanted poof, I want the full-skirt. She was slightly annoyed because I said A-line.... but I didn't want to argue with her that these dresses ARE A-line (and I did tell her I wanted the big, full skirts in the begining). I thought it was quite universally known that A-line ranges from slimmer to fuller... oh well no point to get in to semantics. She was a little pushy. I could tell she didn't want me trying on 'too many dresses' so I sacrificed a few I liked and just ended picking what might look the best on me....hard to say from the rack, but oh well...... she was really unapproachable and intimidating. She even didn't let me try on some I picked because she said it wouldn't fit. Well... yes but even if a sample doesn't zip-up, I can still slip it on to get an idea.... I didn't try to convince her. She was so worried about damaging her precious sample dresses. She even told me not to try zipping it up, in case it rips or breaks (I never do anyways, I always let the salesperson do the zipping or tying).I am generally really friendly so she did end up warming up a bit as I tried on a few dresses... (of course you need to tell someone they look good so you can sell a dress!). The problem is right after I tried on each dress she tucked them each back in their respective bags and put them back on the rack, so I didn't even get to see the dresses I liked again... I had to go by memory. I was afraid ask to try my favorites on again.*Sigh* Too bad. Its a nice-looking store, and decent selection - and reasonable prices for the styles I liked. She was nice in the end and wrote down my favorites for me (but that's because its for a sale), but I am a bit turned off by her demeaner and pushiness. I wonder if she realizes how much business she loses with her attittude?I certainly might have bought a dress from her if it wasn't for her pushiness. And obsessive-compulsive 'everything has to be in their spot at every moment' behavior....it makes it hard to decide on a dress when you don't get to try on some of the ones you had your eye on...
