Called ahead to see if they could repair a suspected transmission problem on my Smart Car. They assured me that they could and work on these cars all the time. I had it towed to them Oct 3rd and didn't hear anything for 2 months, at which time I would call every week with promises of them returning my calls which they never did and never had any information for me. When they finally called me Feb 21st they told me they couldn't put the car on the hoist to begin diagnosing it, and wouldn't offer any assistance in having this car towed elsewhere after lying about being able to work on this car which I had specifically called ahead to ensure before I had it towed there almost 5 months prior with zero contact from them.

Experienced mechanics, staff is polite, easy to communicate and exceptionally knowledgeable. Previously I had work done elsewhere, was very disappointing! It’s been 6 years since my first visit and I have been consistently using Euro Works since then. So far they have repaired and serviced my Italian and German vehicles.Strongly recommended!!

II've frequented this service center several times for my Mercedes C43 AMG, and each visit has left me thoroughly satisfied. The quality of their work consistently meets high standards, and the pricing is fair, which is already commendable. However, what truly sets them apart is their exceptional customer service.During one visit, my car's check engine light appeared after my wife borrowed it and refueled, inadvertently leaving the gas cap partially unscrewed. The technicians promptly diagnosed the issue, confirming my suspicion about the loose cap, and not only resolved the problem but also surprised me by not charging for the service. This unexpected act of generosity exceeded my expectations, especially in an industry where many establishments aim to maximize every opportunity to charge customers.In my opinion, the decision not to bill me for a relatively minor issue demonstrated a level of integrity and customer care that deserves high praise. It's instances like these that elevate this service center to a 5-star rating in my book.

I recently brought my BMW X3 to euro works for a transmission issue, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The repairs, which were initially expected to take a reasonable amount of time, have now stretched over a month.The most disheartening aspect has been the lack of clear communication. Despite inquiring about the progress, I've consistently been met with vague responses and delays, making it nearly impossible to plan accordingly. The absence of a clear ETA and the continuous postponements have left me frustrated and disappointed.I believe in giving businesses the benefit of the doubt, but the constant delays and apparent lack of transparency are deeply concerning. As a customer, I expected better communication and a more efficient resolution to the problem.

Be careful trusting this shop for work on your car.Came in for a wheel alignment and was told that they could not complete it due to a bent front left side strut. They told me a repair was needed and that my tires already had wear even though I just bought and put on new tires a week before coming in. They also said it had failed by 6 degrees but also did not provide me with the alignment sheet, not even one for before they "tried" to align the wheels, which was highly questionable. I was quoted for a repair for $2k+ but did not agree to it as it seemed off. Eventually, I had an alignment done at Sheni's and not only were they able to do the alignment normally, they told me nothing needed to be repaired and also provided me with the alignment sheets showing the before and after.

AVOID BRINGING YOUR BUSINESS HEREBrought my old bmw to this shop in August for a tune up and a brake job, waited for around a month before I get an ETA for the repairs and whatnot. Sure I understand things can be a bit backed up sometimes but the only time Indy(the owner?) reached out to me is when they want my money. They quoted me for $7K for the whole thing, again fair enough, the little things add up and I just want my car done right within a not too crazy timeframe.I called and called and emailed and emailed, asking about the car, 90% of the time I don’t get an answer but when I do it’s always “the techs are working on it”. It’s almost like they treat their customers like poopoo. And now a buddy of mine told me he’s out of the country for god knows how long. If you had the patience to read until this line, great but don’t bring your car to Euroworks, they work your patience rather than on your car?. If you see this Indy, please give me a call/email (he probably won’t), I want my car back. Forget about the e-brake cable that you never ordered.

I brought my 2017 M240i to Euroworks in July 2023, it needed new injectors. We figured that out after 4 weeks of "diagnostics". Then, when warranty told me they werent covering it. ( they told me the shop didnt even contact them until end of August) I decided to pay out of pocket. I brought them injectors to install. They then broke the tips of my old injectors when taking them out. So then told me they needed to pull the motor and remove the head of the motor to get the injectors out from underneath. After a week I gave him the OK to do the work. (keep in mind, this is Oct 17th 2023) i have tried to reach him over email and over phone. Whenever i call he says "i will go find out whats happening and i will let you know" then hangs up and never says anything again. I email everyday asking whats happening. No answers. Until i get a "i will get an ETA for u and let you know" again before not responding again for 2 weeks with no answer. Now its December 13th 2023, and he told me 5 weeks ago that it will "probably be another 2-3 weeks" (it was quoted as a 21hr job). I have now not heard from Indy or anyone in 2 weeks. No phone calls being answered.. ive tried 20+ times. Email him daily with no answers.Im worried they stole my car or sold ir or parted it out. Indy please respond to me so we can either get this car done. Or so i can get it towed else where

Do not get service from this company! My son brought my vehicle here to get some body work done and they have had my vehicle since May 2023. Indy has not been transparent at all in any of his dealings. He promised work work would be down in 3 weeks and that was at the end of August! He has provided no documentation of parts that he said he ordered or that work has even been started. I have had to launch a dispute with Visa and we are 11 weeks into the dispute and he has been as unresponsive to Visa as he has been with me. In the meantime I am paying for a vehicle that I don't have possession of for the duration of 7 months.I have asked professionally and respectfully that he release my car to get service else where and he has refused and is not answering any emails, phone calls. I have launched complaints with regulatory bodies. He has refused to even let me know where my vehicle is! At this point I am afraid that he is parting out my BMW 440i.Indy release my property and let me take the vehicle elsewhere, given the service you have provided so far I have no faith in the work that you state is being done (even though you provide no proof and state that you are waiting for parts, parts do not take this long for a Trunk, which you ordered the wrong part to begin with, if you did at all.) Never in my life have I dealt with a business as shady as Euro Works, or a person running it as Indy.If I find any of the original parts in anywhere of the car that was originally there and it is not now (like the engine or drive train) I will be reporting it to legal authorities.This place is not even worth one star.Richard Coles who is the lawyer you used?

I have taken my Porsche Cayenne to Euroworks twice now for minor and major services, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. They provided top-notch maintenance and repairs and my Porsche has never run better. What sets Euroworks apart from other places *cough* Porsche Centre, is their honesty and customer satisfaction. When a minor issue arose after my last service, they immediately addressed it and Swaran, the founder of Euroworks went the extra mile to ensure my complete satisfaction. Thank you Swaran and the entire team at Euroworks for your expertise and genuine care in servicing my Porsche Cayenne. They stand by their work and they have earned my trust and loyalty. I plan to continue taking my vehicles to Euroworks for my future automotive needs. Highly recommended.

Just moved to Calgary and was looking for a shop to service my Mercedes SUV and had a great experience - will definitely be coming back for all my service and for my Porsche as well. Bonus: they have some amazing cars and bikes in the shop worth checking out.

Buyer beware. $500 for an oil change and a filter on a bmw x5. No idea what type of oil they put in or the brand of filters. Did not manage expectations. Appt. Was for 8:30, said they would call. Did not call. Got it at 3:00 pm. No customer service and expensive. Back to bmw I go. PS: There was another customer that was very upset with them when I picked up my car, so I was not alone in my impression. Also, had I read theses reviews, I certainly would not have gone there.
