Was placed here after my claim through cooperators.
The folks were friendly, and the work done was absolutely fantastic. There were some issues with ordering the bumper that caused it to take a while longer than expected but it wasn’t their fault, it was communicated to me, and wasn’t an issue since insurance was paying for the rental.
Overall a very good experience! I would have totally given 5 stars, but the machine asked me for a tip when I paid my deductible. Because of this I don’t think I can recommend this shop to friends or family.
There was no transparency about this “tip” so I think it rubbed me the wrong way. Does it go to the employees? The person who did the body work? The owners? I do not know.

Eurocraft made my insurance claim a breeze. They handled everything with the insurance and the rental car company. All I had to do is show up with my car and they took care of the rest. The customer service was top notch and they made sure to explain everything in detail to me. The craftsmanship of the repair was also amazing and it was like my car was brand new again! Highly recommend!!
