Jenn is an excellent designer. She took my ideas and in the best way possible guided me to a result that was much better than I had imagined. Working with Jenn was a wonderful experience - and she made it all quite stress-free! I would return to EA as a first choice especially because of her.

As clients that live outside of Calgary, we have experience excellent customer service from Bailey. She has been quick to respond to emails, has sent useful pictures and videos of items and color swatches for our consideration prior to us coming into the store for final selections. BAILEY - On our arrival at Ethan Allen Bailey greeted us. She was courteous, helpful and clued into ideas that would work for our space at home. In addition, she came to our home for the exact measurements and to get a feel for what would would work well in the space. She then put the furniture and fabric selection into a program to make our decision easier. We are very grateful to her in making the decisions both easy and painless. Unfortunately, Ethan Allen is poor quality although their pieces look beautiful. Our Shelton sofa came brand new with a large stain on the cushion. Instead of offering to replace the entire cover with a new one, they’re just sending someone to clean out the stain. I’m skeptical that this will work and stains do eventually seem to come back, but will post a review on what happens.

i got more than I expected at Ethan Allen. The sales staff member, Bailey, was friendly and knowledgeable. She quickly ascetained my taste and made recommendations that matched my preferences perfectly. She listened to my concerns about getting the look I wanted and came back with a package that coordinated with my space, was well within my budget and is going to make my living room restful and elegant. I would highly recommend Ethan Allen for quality and Bailey for expertise!

We had the pleasure of Bailey (Jenn) helping us pick living room furniture. She patiently took me through the store showing me different options on my first visit. A home visit followed within just a few days and two days later we were back in the store looking at the virtual floor plan she had set up. She had furniture she felt would work in the space, possible fabric choices and decor options outlined. We felt that she listened to what we wanted and also gave us really good suggestions. I loved her style ideas and appreciated the fact that she was so on top of everything right from the beginning. I would highly recommend her to anybody looking for someone to help them with interior decoration and design.

Working with Bailey at Ethan Allen was the perfect experience. Bailey is the most warm hearted, kind sales woman/ designer i have ever worked with. When she came to my house Bailey envisioned my sitting room to be just as i asked, functional and beautiful. Bailey is a pleasure to work with and i highly recommend.

We recently have had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Flanders on a decorating project after our renovation. She suggested several key accent pieces to pull it all together in the living and dining rooms and our home now feels properly finished. We recently received a postcard direct mail offer from Ethan Allen. I’ve very occasionally visited the retail store and appreciated the quality furniture but never purchased or worked with the design team. This mail offer included complimentary design consultation and I needed help with one room in our home so I scanned the QR code and typed in my request. I received a response same-day and set up the in-home appointment with Jenn Bailey for the next morning. She was prompt and professional, took measurements, observed and asked lots of questions. Two weeks later we met in-store for a complete interactive presentation. It was clear that Bailey listened closely to our priorities because the three design options presented were all viable. We took home some fabric samples and a complete hard copy of the presented options. Two days later we returned the samples and placed an order. I’m not a fast decision maker. However the precision of this process and clear alignment with our priorities made it easy to move forward. Bailey is an excellent consultant. Recommend.

Outstanding quality, materials and selection. Their sale promotions offer fantastic value. Service is also excellent. Amir is absolutely wonderful to deal with. While modern pieces certainy have their place, I'm so grateful that EA still carries traditional and contemporary-traditional pieces in their collections. Thank you!!

If you desire custom hand crafted furniture with service that is designed just for you, then this is the best place to shop in Calgary...bar none. Fantastic. You'll need to have a bit of patience on delivery. But it's worth it.
