I been a client at this location for a long time (20 yrs on and off due to the location horrible customer service). But it seems like they managed to rebound back with a new car wash that works great and new young ladies at the counter which are nice and attentive to the clients needs. Keep it up.

Carwash barely fit my truck. A normal f150. The scrubber just dragged itself across the top of the truck instead of cleaning. After it was done the green light went on but I could barely see it through the soap. Dryers didn't dry the truck at all.Pretty bad.

New fuel pumps Nov 20. Difficulty releasing card after payment. Payment didn't go thru twice. Car wash under, 'extreme wash'vehicle wash stops after just a few seconds. Dryer time is way way way way way too short a time to even come close to drying the car.

Sloppy and incompetent. Tried pumping gas in two pumps not working. Went inside for some direction, I was told to try a third pump. “Are you kidding me!?” I’ll give my business elsewhere. The problem here is NOT the lady in the counter, it’s management and ownership.

I was filling my motorcycle up. The card machine wouldn’t work so I had to go inside than the lady took 12 mins to input it. I was wearing a motorcycle helmet and she assumes I’m driving a truck so she starts the gas at the truck. Than. I come back into tell her the pump isn’t working and I need Premium. She then says she fixes it. I go back. Not fixed I then come back. She says she’s voided the transaction. I was filling up for 45 mins and never even got gas. I just went to the shell and it took 3 mins. Terrible experience at esso

They have the century old car wash with worst customer service inside. The Big sign dropped in front of car and blower did not clear any water from the Car.

I have had good experience at this Esso gas station. Prices seemed fair and pump was well taken care of. Receipt was printed. Moreover, they have 7 eleven and a drive through Tim Hortons. Inside the store, staffs were nice and friendly. The washroom was clean and properly maintained. I would definitely recommend this place.

I had a quick fill up here before returning my car to the car rental. Place was big and spacious and fairly clean. Watch out for big trucks coming in and out as that can be hazardous. Gas price was the cheapest I found in that area so that’s is always great. I used Speedpass App to pay and that worked smoothly and I appreciate them having hand sanitizer on all pumps, always a nice touch. Overall a good basic experience. I didn’t go in store so I am not sure how other products are priced. I would assume standard gas station price.
