Terrible service with car wash . My password did not work after few try and when I asked no one came by to assist me . Plus it does not feel safe around the fast station with so man drug addicts

Be sure to lock your car when you get gas here. The gas was a decent price and on my route. But man, it's filthy, people harassing the customers, bumming money. I was there tonight and there was an ambulance and the police had to be called for the nonsense that was going on here. Stepping over passed out people, very difficult to pick up what you need from the convenience store. The OWNERS of this place need to seize control of their business. Many things are broken. You have to ask for a cup if you want coffee, because they have to keep them behind the counter. Often things don't work here. The pump handle, the receipt machine, frequently doesn't print. I don't envy the people who work here, but seriously, the owners need to take charge and hire security if need be.

Very unprofessional and rude staff. They don’t even say you “hi, thank you or bye” and don't give you a receipt until you ask them about it.

Airserve machine was broken and it deflated my tires to the point that it was visually almost flat (from 30psi which was already too low, to 20 , photos included). I talked to the guy at the counter telling him that my vehicle is probably no longer safe to drive, the machine is broken and there are no signs for people to know it is broken. He dismissed me as being the only person who had a problem, he is not responsible for it, and I should move my car! He did not check the machine to confirm or resolve my issue, offer me any help, or even offer to give a refund for the measly $2 fee even for a nice gesture. I asked him to at least put up a sign or turn off the broken machine so no one else ends up in my situation.The exchange between us was calm, with a noticable frustration from my side.Two hours later, there are no signs, the machine is still accepting payments and undoubtably still broken. (Photos included)+ I have called Airserve’s customer service line, however I don’t know what would or could they do+ I took my car, driving super slowly (<20km/h) to a Petro Canada nearby, fortunately there were no issues otherwise I would had to call roadside assistance since the esso 7eleven staff were absolutely of zero help, and I only have one spare tire for two deflated wheels. While its -31 with a windchill of -37 outside. Unbelievable.
