The Costco, Dollarama, and Michaels have tons of selection and are well organized. The Walmart is sub par. Area is missing Superstore and other grocery stores at the moment. The traffic can get pretty bad here. If they added a few more things it would be a better plaza but currently not a one stop shop.

Decent options but the congestion on 17th is a nightmare and will only get worse as the housing projects nearby are completed. Poor parking lot design

Still a large part of it under construction, but there is a nice selection of stores like Costco. Dollarama, homesense, and Walmart!
