Extremely Disappointed Experience with Dyson - Unacceptable Customer ServiceThe hair dryer stopped working within a year of purchase. Customer service promised to send a box for me to return the product for repairing and checking, but that box has never arrived. I have contacted their service center over 10 times (also through all the channel i can contacted -- Email, Wtsapp, Phone Call), yet my simple issue remains unresolved.All I've been asking for since Aug 2023 is a "BOX" to send back my malfunctioning Dyson hair dryer for repairing. It's now the end of November, and I'm still waiting!!!!!! Why does it take over 3 months to "SEND A BOX"?My case number is 26781877, and I am NOW PUBLICLY ASKING for someone from Dyson to take immediate action on this. I've exhausted all avenues trying to get this resolved, yet here I am, still stuck with a defective product and no solution in sight. If anyone from Dyson is reading this, please contact me to resolve this issue:) But I bet I wont get any response :)After this ordeal, I've decided to cease all purchases of Dyson products. I urge potential customers to consider this experience before buying from Dyson.

My multistyler broke after a month through no fault of my own. I sent it to the service and FOR MORE THAN A MONTH I have been fed daily with promises that my issue is escalated, and that within 1-2 days I will receive at least a tracking number to receive a new device. They just lie to me something new every day. Today it turned out that the color that I approved for the 3rd time is again out of stock, although they promised me that I would receive it within a week. I am in a hopeless situation where Dyson took my money and my device and I have already lost faith that I will receive it. they just stole my money. Please, Dyson, contact me, I’m already tired of calling you every day and hearing lies.

I bought 2 Dyson vacuum V8 on website Walmart. when they send me , one of them was opened box. absolutely I don't accept cause I paid for a new box but received an open box. So I request returned but Dyson declined my case and offer me $25 to keep it. Im so surprised, This is not my fault, the first time happened to me from the brand name Dyson declined request return from customer and Walmart support wasn't helped anything. they are on side to RIP OFF customers. That is so bad and the worst seller I used to see Need erased kind of this seller out of market

The sales associate Michael was very helpful and friendly. Explained me how the airwrap works very patiently and told me about the sale that was happening so I could save more money with my purchase. Great customer service that makes all the difference!

I phoned Dyson directly and spoke to Kevin, He was ver friendly and answered my questions.I called the Dyson store and asked to speak to the store manager. I had a few questions. Jordan was great, he was very knowledgeable, excellent over the phone Customer Service. I went to the store a few hours later. I was very impressed with the care and wonderful customer service I received. All my questions were answered. I appreciated the honest suggestions. I am very pleased with my purchase.I would highly recommend anyone wishing to purchase a Dyson Product, either go to the Dyson store or shop on line with Dyson.Ps Last week I discovered there was a Dyson store on the main floor of Chinook Mall. I spoke to Samantha who was also very knowledgeable and gave me great customer service as well. Everyone was very friendly.

Shawn was informative about the cordless vacuum comparisons I asked about. Shawn registered the warranty at the store which was time saving as well. He also assisted with bringing the box to one of the exits once we were done our shopping at the mall, and assisted loading it into my vehicle. Quick and painless experience.

Didn't buy anything but Sean was a great help. Had the patience to deal with my questions and hesitation to buy a vacuum of this price. Big decision for us as it's a hefty price but Sean didn't pressure us into any purchase beyond our means and made us comfortable enough to leave and think about a possible future purchase. Really grateful for his time. Definitely want to come back and make a purchase when the time is right.
