I'd give these folks 6/5 stars if I could. The whole team here is knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. Nikita has helped me so many times and she is fantastic, but every single pharmacist and assistant at this location has given me a great experience.

I would give 0 ⭐️ if I could! I have been going to this pharmacy for years, everyone is very helpful and kind EXCEPT the Manager. Every time I have to deal with her, there are always issues. The Customer Service that she has shown is the worst I have encountered. I will never use this pharmacy again, I am pulling my prescriptions and taking them elsewhere.

Would give zero stars if I could. Came to drop off an RX that was older (still within 1 year). I called prior to driving all the way there and was told it was totally still within 1 year RX expiration so they could fill it. When I get there, pharmacists says come back in 20 mins. I come back later, to him then telling me he can’t fill the RX because it’s not new. I ask him why, as it fits within the 1 year expiration cut off. He then has no valid explanation for not filling it other than “he’s not comfortable doing it”. I have been on this medication for many years, it’s not a new RX, and it’s for a chronic condition. Still he refused. I left and called SaveOn Pharmacy who instantly said absolutely they can fill it, as legally a prescription is valid for a year after being written. Picked it up no problems at all! Will be a customer at Save On pharmacy from now on. I will never deal with the poor customer service of this horrible pharmacy ever again.

Online it said open at 8am. But opens at 9am. Not keen on waiting almost am hour to get my prescription. Update your times.
