“Amazing customer service from Toby! He deserves way more than five stars! After multiple Uhaul customer service/scheduling reps telling me that it isn't possible to rent a truck for 2 days, and that I would have to rent one truck, unload everything into a storage location, then rent another truck the next day and load everything back in, or mentioning that the only option is to drop off the truck in Red Deer instead of Calgary, but still no guarantee that a truck would be available, and also saying that in all of Calgary there was only 1 truck available of 15 feet or more, I was so confused and mind boggled. Then I called this location, and Toby saved the day, we got everything booked with a 20 foot truck, I was even able to rent it for 3 days just incase more time was needed, no problem at all, and Toby was able to cancel my previous order, just amazing! Thanks so much Toby! You deserve a raise! Note - After this wild experience, I would recommend everyone to call specific local locations like this, don't bother trying to book online on the website or trying to call the main uHaul number, it is completely hopeless. Call your local location, it will be so much easier!”
