I was in town for a conference and realized I had forgotten to refill my meds. I called my prescription into this wonderful pharmacy. I went to pick up and they didn’t have my full quantity available until that afternoon. The pharmacist personally delivered the remainder of my meds to the front desk of the hotel I was staying at, and even included a little chocolate in the bag as well! Best customer service I’ve experienced, thank you for making my stay less stressful!

If you work or live downtown this is a great way to support a local family owned business that also really cares about their customers. Professional and knowledgeable pharmacists and nice staff make it a great place to stop by, not to mention that it's on 8th Ave so it's always a beautiful walk to the store!

I've been a customer of Downtown Drugmart since the early nineties. Unlike the Big Players like Shoppers, the team here treats you on a personal and professional level. They go over and above most other pharmacies to accommodate customers from all walks of life.

Sharmila and team were incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating during the entire process of getting my Covid booster shot. I called them earlier this week and they were able to book me in for their last Pfizer appointment of the week. When I asked if I was able to book Pfizer appointments for some people I know who are interested, Sharmila enthusiastically took down their contact info and let me know she would add them to her list for their expected shipment of Pfizer next week.They even accommodated a last-minute time change for my appointment, which I really appreciated. The staff at Downtown Drugmart truly went above and beyond to provide amazing service and made my booster shot experience quick and painless!

Calgary downtown pharmacy on 8th ave. Went there to have my booster shot , the pharmacist and the rest of the people were so nice, they treated me like if they knew me, I felt very comfortable.I recommend any one to go for their prescription , vaccines or any questions.
