Good body shop. They fixed my BMW X3 tailgate few years ago. I had some noise from it recently and I went back to them. Even though I was advised it was not covered by warranty anymore they still took the time to get it fixed for me, free of charge as a good will gesture . Thank you Cassie!

I'd like to give a big shout out to Dilawri collision centre! I had the best experience on warrenty work on my vehicle. Cassie is one of the biggest assets that shop has. Her customer service is exceptional, her communication is clear and consice. Her ability to provide her clients the best service is clear and very evident. In my eyes she deserves a raise! Thank you Cassie for all your dedication and hardworking towards our families work. Our vehicle came back 100 times better then we left it, inside out. We cannot thank you enough.
Also a shout out to Hailey! Her customer service ia fantastic and she is always so pleasant to speak to!
Thank you to all the workers. I would highly recommend their work, warrenty and service.

Shout out to Kily the appraiser and Hayley the front desk, both are really friendly and helpful during my repair process with my 2018 bmw x3. Kily keeps update me with the repair condition and really ease my anxious as my claim has took almost 1 year due to insurance company on strike. The detail guy is taking good care of my personal belongings and make sure not lose anything. Love it. Hope I don’t have to come back anymore with any claim, but if I have to I’ll choose here again:)

Was extremely happy with the customer service, the time it took for repairs, the quality of workmanship, and the cleanliness of my car when I got it back.

Sent my bmw here for repairs. Car was deemed total loss. I got approval from insurance to tow away the car at my own expense and even had the adjuster email them to release the car to me. When I went to pick it up they said they were not advised that the car was being picked up and the tow truck could not take it away. I had called them multiple times and told them I would be picking it up. Took about 10 minutes of arguing to get my car. I think they just wanted to keep it to charge the insurance storage costs. When I got the car back, found out they had taken my wheel lock key aswell. Take your car elsewhere.

The team at Dilawri was extremely professional and efficient while my car was in for repairs. Kily and Joanna always made sure the logistics around my repairs were flawless and were kind and welcoming when I dealt with them. I would highly recommend anyone with a BMW (or other car) to use this repair centre to get work done on their car. They also detailed my interior and exterior to the point that my car looked brand new.
Fantastic service from their team on all sides. I do not know the technicians by name, but they all performed flawless service as well

Here we go and hope this will offer some insights to this business…Business manager should look at making improvements.1. First of all super long wait just to get an estimate for repairs - waited for 4 weeks just to see an estimator. (This may be reasonable just because they are busy, so we waited).2. Then another week to call TD and Dilawri regarding approval for repairs and unsure why Dilawri did not call me to give me an update and as a client who brings in business for them, they should be calling us to give weekly update so I don’t have to call TD and Dilawri to coordinate repairs for me…3. When it comes to book actual repairs, I told them I won’t be in the city and have to pick a later date. Left a message and never heard back from them until I have to leave another message and call in again…Then they told me because I have not sign the authorization form, we have to wait another week because no parts ordered… I asked them why was there no response to my message and why is this not explain to me from the beginning and resulted in more time wasted… it has been two month since anything was done… and a huge waste of time for me…Then person who answered my call start “arguing” and explaining the process… why was this not done from beginning until I am so frustrated with all of this….???
