Beware of legimate looking emails that appear to be from DHL requesting prepayment of shipping, customs an duty taxes on goods shipped internationally. DHL is one of the worst companies to try a contact by phone.

Edit: I see that the 'owner' replied to this review saying to email them with 10digit tracking number when I just stated I wasn't provided with a receipt. where do i find this tracking number then?The experience and staff were great but one thing i hated was DHL doesn't give drop off receipts!!!!!!!! Why?!!
