“I like this HomeSense. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They have always had the answer or found the answer to my question.
The store is interesting, I always find something that solves a problem.
The store is tidy and everything is in its place. I am not a fan of escalators but there is an elevator. There isn't an entrance from the inside of the mall which is okay, I just have to plan my trip.
The parking is Market Mall crazy but there is places close by for picking up larger things.”
“I always find some sort of cool item here. I usually shop here for clothing and funko pops. Recently, I've been able to find a great selection of quicksilver, billabong, and sublime shirts, and some really cool chase funko pops! Definitely worth checking out!”

“Love this place, but a bit pricey sometimes. Note that backpacks are not allowed and should be given to their customer service before entering the store. They have an underground parking, right around the corner which they share with other stores. But make sure the store validates your ticket.”
“I shopped in the Zellers part of the store, nostalgia dontcha know lol. I found plenty of deals and discounts, it was also Bay Day so I made out like a bandit.
My only complaint would be that a tag was missed on one of the items, so I set off the (very loud) alarm as I left. Drawing many looks from passerby (Saturday at Chinook Centre) I seemed to wait an eternity for staff to come and check my bag and receipt. Obviously it was an honest mistake, I just think someone should have come to help and check everything much quicker, I was actively looking and saw staff, but they ignored both me and the alarm.”
“Shopping experience was great. We were very lucky to find trench coats.. Seems like a difficult product to find in summer. What a beautiful store. Wow. Only thing I would say is, it was extremely hot in there. It is summer, but versus the rest of them. All it was really warm. Staff did a great job, so compliments to everyone. The layout, the quality the products. There's not a lot of bays Left, so I was Happy to be there”

“Well, my post is different. I was a proud employee at the downtown store for 20 years. 1993-2013. While there, we strived as a store and a team, to provide the most excellent customer experience. I worked on the 5th floor; Major Home Fashions. It was a booming time; Customers were happy; staff were happy. When we were Canadian owned, they Company greatly cared for us staff, which many of us appreciated. Many fond memories, and lots of laughs. It would nice if retail business could recapture those times.”

I don't usually go to the store because the sales associates are intimidating and most of the time they make you feel as if you don't have money to buy. I tell my friends and network to look for Paula if they want to experience how Holt Renfrew associates should be.”
