I like to do my homework when it comes to understanding how things work and researching the best service provider.
I called in and spoke to Josh who gave me an estimate over the phone and I booked an appointment for the same day around noon.
I was greeted by Emily at the reception and then the technician who took me throughout the process (I forgot their name)
Within an hour they were able to get my new car back to its original condition (it was a very minor ding)
I’d come back in the future if I have to get PDR done and also bring in my other car to them.
Highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience at Dented! I am blown away at how perfectly they repaired two big dents in the quarter panel of my Volvo, in a timely manner and at a super reasonable price. Thank you Josh and Jason for exceptional service and results! HIGHLY recommend.

Came for 2 dents in rear door, was booked at 10am quote price and 2 hours labour, they completed work in 1.25 hrs and costed as quoted, can’t even tell the door had been door prized twice, looks good as new.

Dented just completed their repairs on my car today. Anyways, long story short, the folks that I encountered at the shop were extremely professional and solid on their work ethics.
That said, the folks at Dented are human like the rest of us and there were some issues, the majority of these issues were due to the Lexus' logistical supply chain, but any bumps on Dented's end was seen to immediately and professionally. How a company deals with its responsibilities and any errors on their part is the unspoken divide between a first rate professional group and one ring circus; the folks at Dented are professionals and should the need arise once again, Dented will be my first choice for repairs.

These guys are amazing. Someone door dinged my new Subaru and I couldn’t even look at it without getting upset. The team at Dented put the pleasure back into ownership. I don’t know how they managed to reverse the damage but the car is like new and I am very picky with detailing my car. A great experience and very reasonably priced! Highly recommended.
