I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this place. The receptionist was very rude and made me feel like she was doing me a favor just by speaking to me. If it weren’t for my insurance, I would never come to a place that treats customers like this. Because of how I was treated, I would never recommend this place to anyone.

When it comes to my vehicles it's best or nothing. Steve is great explained to me the process of repair & gave me a reasonable price for a few dings on my vehicle.
I definitely recommend this place. I also heard them from a friend of mine.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Steve is an honest and professional gentleman who offers so much help without an expectation. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy.
My car was hit and I was told that I have no choice but replacing the fender which could cost over a $1000- $2000 based on what we ordered. At the moment, I was not prepared for the costs and was hoping to hold off on the cost if I can. Steve spent almost an hour, using store supplies and his time and made the fender look SO MUCH better and my car drivable for next several months and didn't accept a penny when I offered to pay for his efforts. I will come back for the fender once I'm ready and I recommend this shop as this was my BEST bodyshop experience I've ever had. I'd shown up with no appointment btw.

If you want your dent to be taken out from experienced hands and without paying much then this is your place to go. The old man is very friendly. I went there on weekend without any appointment and got a perfect solution within an hour and without paying much. Thank you sir for your time and work. Good luck.

Great experience with Steve at Dent Squad! Reasonable price and excellent work. I can’t even tell there where my dent was, anymore. Found this place through a recommendation of a family member, and now will further be recommending the Dent Squad team to others as well!

My daughter stopped by, shook up after a minor accident and Steve was very kind and helpful. He buffed out the scratches and sent her on her way at no charge. Humanity at its finest. :) Thank you!

Went there without an appointment on Saturday morning, and the man working there (I forgot to ask his name) did his best to repair the dent in my hood without removing the 3M film and did the repair on the same day. The man was very nice and I was happy with the price. I definitely recommended this shop. They have great customer service.

Professional but personable; prompt service; reasonable repairs. While an auto repair shop is a place you hope you won't have to revisit, I would recommend this company to anyone.
