Love Danielle’s. Just make sure you check the clothing well before purchasing as they don’t do the best job of ensuring the clothing is in good shape.

I quite like the selection the store has to offer, and have been shopping here for many years. However, the customer service is awful. I’ve shopped here when I’ve been dressed up more post-work, and alternately come on the weekends in slacks and a hoodie. I’ve also been in here as a lighter person, and on the heavier side (also, the selection of L+ items is minimal). The difference in treatment is drastic. I find the both the sales associates and the owner stuck-up and rude. I’ve taken my business elsewhere. If you aren’t their ‘typical looking’ demographic, I’d suggest you do the same.

Nice items, however, the customer service is almost non-existent.I have been in there many times, never greeted, never asked if I needed a fitting room. I have heard everything from the sales staff speaking about their issues in club lineups to having the owner in the store not acknowledging me or the person I was shopping with. It is never good to speculate, but I assume I don't fit their clientele demographic.

We made a stop here in town because I have great memories of shopping here with my sister precovid. I was very disappointed when looking through the racks,95% of items seemed to be only size xs or small. I saw only two size large items and one of them was ripped along a seam and the other was an overpriced la chateu dress. Also wasn't expecting to see Shein items on the racks here.

One of my fav Calgary thrift shops! The staff is always warm and friendly, there are always tag-colour discounts too. I’m obsessed with their shoes, they have so many options! I’m always able to find trendy brands. I would say they’ve gotten a tad pricier recently, but most pieces are still worth the price tag.

Although I haven't bought anything at Danielle's yet or even been to the store, due to a mix up with the address on my credit card my attempt to buy a gift card for my niece failed and I called the store to resolve it. The nice girl there took my number and shortly thereafter I received a call from Danielle herself. In a couple minutes we had my issue sorted. I cannot express how nice it is to be able to talk to an owner who runs their business themselves and cares about its customers. Keep up the great work; the next time guess which store I will be buying a gift card from...
