I stopped by today to find a new wine for my wife and I to try. I know nothing about wines but with the help of the awesome staff they found me something exactly in my price range that my wife absolutely loved! Great store super helpful staff!

I have given this place a chance a few times based on their proximity to Safeway. I cannot stress enough the arrogance of the staff. Please don’t waste your money on the extremely high mark ups. Crescent Heights Liquor a block up is nearly half the price and the guys are friendly. it’s 2023 CSN, you are no longer ‘elite or special’ so treat your customers accordingly.

I love coming here, especially for the wine but also beer and other spirits. The staff are very knowledgeable about wines and smaller producers and will take the time to help educate you and give you recommendations on what you are looking for. Places like these are special and it’s great to have somewhere like this in the neighbourhood.

Staff was very friendly, talked me through some wine recommendations and after taking it home I am glad I they did! Never would I have picked up the bottles I left with and they were definitely some new favourites!

The knowledge provided by the staff is matched only by the quality and selection in the store. From waste new and "in" to the rarest of the rare. I 110% suggest this as a must visit in Calgary!

Probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Back in the day they refused to let me use Vivino in the store. They either let the woman go (she works at Cellar WIne now) or she quit, but just today, I'm told the store (at 7:52 pm that the store will be closing in TWO minutes) (not 8) and not 2 hours and 8 minutes based on what it says on Google.I want to so support small business in these times, but WOW - what a disappointment. Customer Experience is EVERYTHING right now.Also - maybe take down the "people" that have stolen from you. As if that has ever stopped someone from stealing and more importantly it makes NO ONE feel safe and embarrasses everyone.Recommendation: Update your old skool way of treating people.
